To the very helpful staff here at this community, thank you very much. The young man, Zain B., was able to tour my mother and I. We did not have an appointment, we were just walking in, and he was very welcoming and informative. Zain did not have the rental rates, his administrator has the rates. However, he was able to answer our rapid-fire questions, show us a model room, and he even suggested other options that might work out greater than what we had initially planned for. Although, we still would like to keep our options open in our search, the welcoming of their staff and residents really improves the morale of those visiting this community.

I happened upon Courtyard Towers while in the area. I walked in, not knowing what to expect. I just wanted to see what it was all about. To my surprise and delight, I was greeted at the front desk but an awesome young man, name unknown to me that immediately set me up with Amanda. I was inquiring for my sister from Utah. Amanda went above and beyond, spending nearly an hour with me! I am so grateful for all the information she provided. Thank you.I am hoping to to learn more.

Very clean, friendly, wide spaces. My dad loves the area, food, and view. Amanda has been very helpful and caring towards his concerns and needs.

We have toured 5 communities in the last 2 days and Courtyard Towers was my last stop. We was impressed by the towering building and close proximity to the light rail and all the little shops because my parents are still active. We actually toured with the Executive Director Deangelo which was Great, to meet the person in charge of it all. I love the face that Deangelo wasnt so pushy like the rest of the communities we toured and just laid out different options for my parents. This is a tough situation for my parents but he made this experience so much better. Thank you Courtyard Towers

This place is a national treasure. The residents are the most interesting mix of people. You never know who you will meet and you will be amazed by who you meet. The food is outstanding and the kitchen and dining staff cater to every individuals needs and wants. If you can afford this place you want to live here. And the neighborhood seems to be getting more adorable on trend everyday.

Hi, I recently moved my brother into Courtyard Towers. After visiting several senior living homes, we decided on Courtyard Towers. There was several deciding factors, and one was the food. At other centers they provided package meals and did not have dedicated chefs in the kitchens. The food is excellent at Courtyard and my brother is very happy with the selection and service. The Executive Director - Deangelo met with us upon arrival and guided us through the entire transition. We were able to get my brother moved in within 5 days of our initial visit and it took hard work on the staff's side to make it happen so quickly. So far, we are very happy with the nursing staff, food service, activities and attention that my brother is receiving. It is a very nice, clean facility with ample parking for visitors. He was able to bring his cat to the facility and this was a big comfort for him. Thank you all at Courtyard Towers for your hospitality and service.

Came in for a tour with my father this past Saturday, a wonderful young man by the name of Zayn, at the front desk, welcomed us warmly. He did a wonderful job of walking us through the facility, said hello to every passing resident/staff, and it was wonderful experience following him around. Although we are not moving my father into this community, due to distance issues, my father wanted to express his gratitude for the kind staff over at Courtyard Towers.

I love this place. It just feels like home. The new director Deangelo has been good, hope he sticks around unlike the old directors who never did anything. We finally got the flooring in our laundry room replaced and it looks great.

Courtyard Towers has the best quality management compared to a few organizations that we visited. It is very welcoming and you can feel the energy from the time you enter the building. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. Deangelo Hall, the director of the Courtyard Towers has done a great job leading his staff, minimizing conflict, and creating a nice flow within the organization. The health services' director, Amanda Richards is also very compasionate and helpful. Thanks to the staff of Courtyard Towers, my wife and I are confident with the choice that we made and would recommend Courtyard Towers to anyone.

I have lived here for over 2 years and don't think I could live anywhere else. Zain at the front desk is very helpful and patient with me when I come down needing help with my gadgets. The top director DeAngelo has made some great changes around here, even got the 2nd floor laundry room updated with new paint and flooring. I would recommend.

The executive director has been awesome in getting my friend into the facility. We needed to get him in before the end of the month and Deangelo got it done for us. The nurse came to my friend's apartment the next day for an evaluation. We started the process on Monday and my friend was ready to move in on Friday!!. My friend loves this place!! I have never seen him happier. He loves the food, has made some great friends, the dining staff is very friendly. He told me he has talked to more people there than at his apartment where he lived for a year and a half. Super people and very accommodating. I highly recommend Courtyard Towers Senior Living to anyone who wants to live in a really nice place. Convenient to light rail and the bus in the heart of Mesa.

This facility is very inconsistent with Meds and care! Courtyard Towers Parent company and the Director (Deangelo) do not follow safety regulations nor follow through with their own policy and procedures. They are constantly putting their residents safety at risk!

This is a great location in downtown Mesa, so close to evevything. I have had lunch here a few times and it's always fresh and delicious. I wouldn't mind moving my parents here.

I toured Courtyard Towers for my parents because of the great location of downtown Mesa. I met the head Director DeAngelo and he was so helpful and very knowledgeable of senior living. It was a great experience. The community was nice and clean, very home like. Definitely will be back with my parents.

It is so refreshing to work with like minded professionals like Tracy, Mary and Amanda. They always put the residents and their families first and only want the best for them. I had an opportunity to participate with a Health Fair event just a few weeks ago and saw first hand the compassion, caring and desire to help and support the community. In my experience you can tell when someone doesnt really care and just going with the flow of things vs the real deal, when someone truly cares about what they are doing and the impact they have on others.

My mom moved it 2 months ago and has improved greatly. The staff are always caring and making sure she is clean and happy. The administration is great always listening to my complaints and concerns and trying to fix it. I would recommend courtyard tower to anyone.

I went to Courtyard Towers today because of my mothers health. She had a wound needing specialized care. She has lived there about 3 years and has enjoyed the Bingo. However, the place has gone to pot. The building is in disrepair and we could not even get to her room on the 10th floor. Only one elevator out of three was working and the outside door to the stairs was locked. There was no key available. Most of the caregivers left due to poor pay and horrible administration. There are no familiar faces. The building has been through at least 3 executive administrators and the people who work the desk dont know the people who do work there. Skilled care is not available. The monthly rent was just raised. I am at my wits end. Please dont place anyone you care about in this facility. This place should be a no star facility. Ok since I posted this I have received at least 3 great phone calls from administrators or health caregivers. I know my mother likes her home there it was I who got freaked out. My mother needed specialized help when I thought it was up to the nurse on duty to take care of it. That was my mistake. She did receive home health care to take care of her wound. I also misunderstood about the fire drill evacuation procedures. In a phone call, Steve Missle explained them clearly to me. We also discussed moving my mother to a lower floor if needed. Exec Dir. Mary helped me understand this procedure. At this time she does not need the care. I still miss my caregiver regulars but have been educated in the nature of the work and I am willing to get to know the newbies. Everyone needs a second chance, even me.

Courtyard towers is at such a great location, right in the historic section of Mesa. The building is 14 stories high which means the views of the area and our Arizona sunsets and sunrises are amazing! The chef has been there for over 10 years so the meals are exceptional and consistent. The nursing team really cares and the care staff reflect that same attitude with their love for the residents. A really good value in senior living.

My father, now 94 yrs old has resided at Courtyard Towers for 5 and 1-2 yrs and I would have to say that is the reason he is still with us. The staff was very friendly and caring. His mind is still sharp but he needed help with physical needs and we are so appreciative of how they helped him. They treated him with dignity and respect. Diane at the front desk, even though very busy, always filled our requests. We now have to move my dad to hospice house but we will truly miss Courtyard Towers! Thank You so much!

Moved Mom in Monday and stayed for three days! Food was good, they were very accommodating from things to order, tray to take to your room or food to go! Only reason it's not a 5 is it's a little out dated in carpet, older locks that are hard to turn, facets, cabinets that still need to be updated. Hoping that in process. The staff and the residents are very welcoming.
