My Father was destined to reside at Bella Vista, we organised an independent living apartment, but sadly Dad passed away before he ever got there. During these very tough times the staff and residents there were so compassionate, warm and welcoming. We really thought that Dad would have loved it there and enjoyed a second youth. Under new ownership the residency will be refurbished, and I think it will go on to be an even better place to live. If my Wife and I could live in Phoenix (we are British and don't have a visa) we would reserve a place. It is more like a private hotel than a Seniors home. We wish Kendal the new owner good fortune with his new venture. The staff, in particular, Desiree,Tierra, Lisa and the rest of the team are great. Happy Christmas to you all.

My uncle and aunt have lived at Bella vista for 2 years. They just love it, and we are so glad we found this place. They have been very happy with all aspects from food, staff, activities, cleanliness, and other residents. I love how during the last year dealing with the pandemic how Bella Vista took extra measures to protect my family, other residents, and staff. I have been a resident at Bella Vista for several years. I moved there after living my entire life in Michigan. Choosing to live at Bella Vista was the best decision I made for myself...I absolutely love living at Bella Vista. The staff is friendly, respectful and always so helpful. We have so many activities, there is always something going on. Most importantly I feel so safe. The building is very secure and during the pandemic the staff did everything possible to keep everyone safe. Thank you to all the staff for always stepping up for the residents!

Kelly Pearson is the most dedicated, caring, hard working and loyal person you will ever see in assisted living. Kelly's number one priority is providing a safe and loving environment for every individual residents needs. She's also one of the most experienced in her field and I've seen her make decisions that have literally saved residence lives. During the outbreak of COVID-19 Kelly's hard work and decisive management made sure that not a single resident was infected. My mom has lived at Bella Vista for several years and she absolutely loves it. The dining hall is more like a fine dining restaurant and the food is fabulous. The apartments are beautiful and I really appreciate how secure / safe she is with each room opening to a air conditioned hallway. During the height of the pandemic the staff did everything necessary to keep all the residents safe. It was a relief to know mom was safe. #219

Their new renovations have made this building look top notch. Their staff are very cheery and helpful as well.I work for East Valley Hospice and get to see and work with a lot of facilities in Mesa, Chandler, and the surrounding areas.

Almost every one who works for Bella Vista are the greatest. Lisa at midnight is awesome always smiling and works her but off. The ladies Dasha and front desk always willing to help you. And Randy the manager of the dinning room is just the greatest he to is always in overdrive cant stand still for a minute but yet he always has time to make you feel right at home.

I moved my 85 year old mother into Bella Vista in May after months of searching for the right place and visiting many places.I fell in love with Bella the moment I walked through the front door. The place is welcoming, bright and makes you smile. The coffee bar with small bistro tables was cute and inviting.Teresa Hadley welcomed me and we toured the campus. Teresa new all the residents by name and I could see how the residents enjoyed stopping and chatting with her. I brought my mom for a visit the next day and Teresa made her feel like she was part of the family. My mom was engaged and enjoyed the tour and commented how beautiful the place was.Mom needed a place she could have meals at anytime of the day 7-7 with meals to order. She tells everyone what wonderful food just like grandma used to make.The on-site salon and movie theater a great amenity. I hired Gentle Care an on-site service to look in on my mom. Monica and Lisa are wonderful people and I highly recommend their services.So after hearing all the nightmares with moving your parents to a independent living complex I have to say Bella Vista has made my mothers transition smooth and easy. They are caring people and make you feel like home.

They have developed an outstanding community for their residents who always seem very pleased with their community.The new renovations are icing on the cake. Theyve done a great job revitalizing the space, which I think compliments the already great service provided in the independent living and excellent care in the assisted living.

My father lived at Bella Vista for several years until his passing in 2014. The staff and management are the most caring and compassionate people you will find in senior living. My father was always treated with respect and dignity and he wasnt always the easiest as his memory failed. In his final days and hours our family was cared for just as well as he was. At one point we thought we were going to have to move him due to his care needs but they helped us figure out how to meet his needs so he could stay home until the end. My four siblings and I will forever be grateful to have found Bella Vista for our dad. I may retire to Bella Vista myself someday!

They have a heated pool, movie theater room, and tons of activities. Now if I could just get my grandma to leave her apartment to make friends.

Every once in a while I have the privilege of witnessing incredibly precious moments. Wednesday, I was blessed to do just that. Let me tell you about it….I love my job. I get to help the greatest generation enjoy a quality lifestyle. Ive been talking to Diane, from Chicago, for the past few months about her dad coming to live at Bella Vista Senior Living here in Mesa AZ. We have developed a wonderful friendship over the phone. You can imagine my excitement when we finally were able to meet this week. She brought her friend Denise with her and Im telling you, we laughed, joked, and had so much fun envisioning the new life her father would be able to enjoy here. I felt like wed been friends for life.We sat down for lunch in our dining room. It was so fun to watch them look over the extensive menu and have a hard time choosing what theyd like to eat. We were hungry. Across the dining room, a resident looked right at Diane and said, You said youd sing to me. We were all taken aback and Diane looked behind her wondering if she was talking to someone behind her, but the woman looked at her insistently and said again, You said youd sing to me. Diane said to us under her breath, Did I tell you I sang? I said that I didnt know she sang. Diane said she used to be a professional singer back in her day; she had a band, toured Paris, New York and all. Denise piped up and said, Diane, you better go over there and sing to that girl! You dont know if shes your guardian angel or what, get over there! Diane walked over to the woman, told her she would sing just for her. Diane took her by the hand, leaned over, and sang the most beautiful rendition of Misty I have heard in my life!.... Sorry Johnny Mathis, even better than you! The woman held her other hand over her heart. Tears rolled down my cheeks and when Diane was finished, she walked back to the table, grinned at me and asked me what was wrong. The woman then picked up her cane, walked over to us, looked at me and called me something in Spanish. I asked what she said and she said, Cry Baby. We laughed and the woman gave Diane a hug and thanked her for singing just for her. It was amazing.You never know who youre going to touch today; I am amazed at Diane and her ability to touch other people.Thank you for this amazing experience. I moved my mother from another community to Bella Vista to be closer to me. I did not realize when I did this what a wonderful difference there would be at Bella Vista! The services are the finest of quality, the food and selections makes what my mother got at the other place seem pitiful. The staff and residents are warm and friendly. For all that my mother receives her rent is the biggest value in town. I only wish I had known all of this before. There is no comparison to any other place and my mother feels the same way as I do. I shutter at the thought that I almost didnt go there because of the one bad Google review from a few years ago. Who ever wrote that needs their head examined!!! Believe me when I say, Bella Vista is the very best.
