Brookdale did a great job placing my parents (Dad as an Assisted Living resident and Mom as an Independent Living resident). The transition was not without its challenges, but the staff at Brookdale Springs competently and creatively helped us achieve a nearly seamless move-in. I cannot say enough about the staff and support. My parents are happy with the move, making friends, and getting the "tailored" care they need. Brookdale Springs is highly recommended.

My 86 year old mother loves Brookdale Springs! From the start of our tour, I felt this was the place for my Mom. The facility is very clean and well kept. She's in a pool view 1 bedroom unit with a small balcony for all her plants. The pitch to my Mom was that she'll be living in a "65 and over" community with a full service restaurant and lots of activities. The property definitely met her expectations. The staff is very attentive and attends to my Mom's many requests. She loves the Friday afternoon happy hours with live music. I've noticed a huge improvement in her energy level and happiness. The staff is very good at managing her medications and keeping her safe. Thank you all at Brookdale Springs Mesa!

The staff is very compassionate and extremely dedicated to meet all the needs of each resident. They call all residents and family by their first names and truly care about the residents. The Executive Director and his management staff all go above and beyond with such patience and concern for the residents. The dinning room and meals are really outstanding Dinning room director Brandon and Chef Bruno with there staff prepares special entrées for Lunch and dinner each day in addition to decadent desserts. The activities Director is outstanding she plans numerous activities for each day including classes, games, special lectures, concerts on site, field trips to interesting places and events, parties, and movies in the theater. There are plenty of Town Hall meeting opportunities for residents to provide feedback to the administrative staff and the Chef. They are always responsive to each residents individual needs. I highly recommend living at Brookdale Spring Mesa.

Phil and I are so thankful that Dad (Charles Swant) lived here. With the great service and care along with Hospice it made it so much easier for us to care for him. Hats off to Brookdale and Hospice at Home. Thank you so much. Dad passed peacefully last night in the place that he loved.

My 98 year old mother and step-father have lived in Brookdale Springs in Mesa, Az for going on four years, they absolutely love it there and get along with all of the staff. I visit once a week and the staff treat me like Im a resident. The food is good and the do get a variety. Great place as far as Im concerned.

My mother has lived at Brookdale Springs since July. We are so impressed and my mother loves it there. The friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff really helped to make her transition there a success! The food is wonderful and elegantly served. Her apartment is so cute and more than adequate at this stage of her life. She has made good friends already. We made an excellent choice in moving to this facility.
