We love SunStone Village as a 55+ community. The residents and staff are very friendly. There are activities for the residents. All of the apartments are one story with outside entrances. The grounds are very pleasant with many mature trees. There is a very nice club house with a large multi-purpose room for a number of activities for residents. There is a big, well equipped fitness center with a number of instructor led exercise classes. A large, outdoor pool is off the back of the club house with an area for outside grilling. Shopping is very convenient with numerous stores nearby.

I joined the Attiva community three years ago. The staff and maintenance have been terrific. A special thank you to Carlos and Louis in the maintenance department. They have attended to any service call promptly and professionally. Also great job to Chris, the grounds keeper for the beautiful surroundings. What a wonderful group of neighbors, and a great place to live. NEW EDIT. 5th year here....Well, times have changed. Now we are SUNSTONE VILLAGE. New management ,staff and new owners. The current staff is working hard to fix concerns of tenants. A special thank you to Cristal in the front office. She is so friendly and helpful. Thanks for assisting in my new lease.

I moved to Sunstone Village two months ago. The management and maintenance service personnel do everything possible to solve problems expeditially. I do not have any complaints. They do listen and are hands on to solve issues immediately! Yes, I am happy to be part of the Sunstone Village family! This type of service makes me feel welcome! I found Cristial is a very helpful person. She has always been there when anyone needed her in anyway possible. Her willingness to go out of her way to make everyone comfortable and is only one of her many traits. She is friendly, kind, honest, and compassionate to her community.

Love the concept and my neighbors. Very dissatisfied with maintenance or the lack thereof. Security gates non functioning for nearly one year, some residents say much longer. At least one couple without air-conditioning for two months this past summer. Many can no longer afford the rent increases and are moving.

Nice place. Quiet and nice neighbors. Great location near everything you could ask for. The new management is a big improvement. The office staff is friendly and professional. And they are making improvements to the property. I'm only moving to cut my expenses but if its in your budget i would recommend this complex.

It's a beautiful property the staff does an excellent job. The maintenance person, Conley and Al are responsive and do a great job.The property mgr Dawana Judd is very helpful and professional .Ginger is very helpful also. My family is very satisfied with our lives here.I would recommend this property 100%.

I teach Tai Chi and Breathing Classes at Sunstone Village in Denton and that is one happy community! My experience with management has been stellar, very communicative and they actually care for their residents. The residents themselves are always smiling, enjoying themselves and are very pleasant to be around. This is one of my favorite places to teach because the atmospheres is so great!
