Yes I want to tell that the nurses station and the therapy also has brought a person that came in here could not move her arms and legs and now she can actually take off her own socks and her heel protectors she can feed herself and what's holding her back is really her family she has gotten so much better and her mind and memory is back whatever they're doing is working perfect and they're so friendly with their both the day shift and night shift I would recommend this place to anyone and even myself I wouldn't mind being here and the food is just great here and the therapy is wonderful and friendly

I've been very happy with my month long stay. Villages on MacArthur is very rehab focused if you are coming here for that. Overall the staff is kind, caring, and compassionate. The location is convenient for my family to visit, so I chose it for that reason but have been very happy I did and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

My dad has been on hospice care for about a year at The Villages on MacArthur and we are very pleased with his care. The Director of Nursing, Obi, is very responsive whenever he has a new need arise. We appreciate all of the care and compassion that the team provides to my dad daily.

It's not too a bad place for rehab. My dad was there on 2 different occasions. The second time he was not able to walk much when he left. My main issue is the workers steal. The first time he left they stole around $10 from his wallet. The second time they stole $90 and he is on a fixed income. The staff does nothing when you report it but say he should have never had cash in the first place. I say the workers should not steal in the first place. My advice is don't have anything of value when you go or it will get stolen.

My mom is in the Villages at MacArthur. She was just transferred to this home just a week ago. The food is good and our mom of 101 like it. The staff in cafeteria are all good. The staffs-aids, nurses we have experienced so far are very helpful, kind and caring. This is a very good place. A well- managed location.

Dad was transferred here from an illness that had him hospitalized him for over 2 weeks. He's here for his Rehab PT. The facility is awesome and clean. Staff is as nice and caring as anyone could hope for. They are attentive, patient and professional. Truly concerned. Could not be happier or more at ease with this place. I am the HRRC, Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator, for Villages on MacArthur. I started here in early June and was welcomed with open arms by this fun, amazing and caring team. This team constantly push for excellent customer service and have some of the biggest hearts I've worked with. We take all concern and discuss them daily and make plans to correct the issues as fast as possible. We welcome the information because we want our team, residents and patients to know we are here for them. One of my jobs is to help add staff to this great team. We look for staff who have the same work goals we do: delivery of excellent customer service and love what we/they do. I'm presently a patient at the villages on MacArthur this is the third time I have been here overall care am receiving at this time has greatly improved from The care I have had in the past I would like to command several of your employees there are two nurses who are still here from when I was here before the care and concerned that they gave me was very good I only know the first name of all these employees The two nurses and I'm referring to Robert and Jude also, there's a speech therapist is still here by the name of Sue she shows great care not only for the patients she's is treating but for all the patients in the therapy room at the time for me whenever she's in the room she brings sunshine to whatever mood I'm in she adds sunshine to my life whenever I just think about her care there's also a CNA was now working in a different position by the name of Dana she gave me excellent service when she was a CNA during the present stay there are two nurses who need to be commanded their names are April and sumi they're also three CNAs here now they go by the names of Janet ,Michelle ,Gladys they take care all my need the food is great the overall care I'm getting is good
