They are personal with each individual with the intentions of being GREAT! Beginning with Lillian’s greetings, & have a wonderful day. Alexa, answering the most delicate questions for a loved one. Carmen, making sure she knows residents & visitors by name. Deana following up with a call in to replace or check any maintenance matter. The only thing I could question @ this point is how did the first employee we met was Emily Owens! How did she get away? I visit Claiborne multiple times and I see that the building is going down hill they have the worst nurse in the state of Georgia [name removed] I have heard a lot bad things about her I rebuke the devil. Memory care residents are suffering residents look dead and not taken care of bruises, falling etc The whole building is suffering Jesus help them. There is a New kitchen director she is very Rude and a have attitude. No activities be going on in memory care bless their souls I saw the new memory care director going around asking staff what should she be doing you sign a job description you should know your job. Claiborne will hire anyone off the streets.

the food is consistently very bad, and it is inferior to even a barracks cafeteria in which the cooks are aspiring to prepare inedible food. even a 5% additional investment would improve the dining quality by 100% or more. We must assume the director there does not consume or taste any of the food prepared in the kitchen for the dining residents.

My father is a resident at The Claiborne and while there he has experienced some Highs and some Lows. One of the High points is that it has some Great staff members who are led by an Exceptional Director name Jeremiah. My dad has high standards and can be very tricky to manage but Jeremiah has done such a Phenomenal job coming up with ways to help redirect my dad, which has led to an overall Postive outcome with my dad's daily living experience. A place is only as good as their leader and I can honestly say that the Claiborne has great leadership in Jeremiah. He goes over and beyond for his residents, especially in a crisis situation. Can't thank him enough for the turnaround in behavior and sense of purpose that he has given my father. I also want to give a big THANK YOU to the front desk associate Ms. Kathie. She is such a delight and is Always helpful to both me and my dad. Another THANK YOU goes out to the Enrichment Coordinator Miracle. She has also help my dad prosper and was there in his time of need when he was having a major medical emergency. I truly can't thank you enough Miracle! I have said such positive things and the only reason I have given The Claiborne a 4 star is because my dad CONSTANTLY complains about the food and the lack of variety. He wishes the breakfast selection allowed for things such as a simple omelet or breakfast sandwich, or even a bagel. He would like for the lunch and dinner entree to have multiple choices instead of just one main dish and is tired if eating from the same alternative menu. Hopefully, the food quality and selection can improve, if it does then it will get a 5 star from me! Maybe we need Jeremiah to get in the kitchen because I swear this guy can work Miracles lol!

The director Jeremiah is phenomenal. He always goes over and beyond to make sure my dad is ok. He makes my dad feel like he is VIP. I love to see how my dad lights up when he sees him. Any concerns I have he always addresses it immediately it doesn't matter how small or big. Jeremiah is truly an asset to Claiborne and my family. I am so glad he is there to help my dad and I. Also my favorite nurse is Ofa. I love them both. With both of them at Claiborne it gives me peace that my dad will be taking great care of in his assisting living apartment. I participated in a tour with Claiborne Senior living in Newnan this A. M. I have to share the most loving, kindness, and care for my well being from all staff members regarding every area that I will experience as a tenant on their wonderful, beautiful, and peaceful site. I have toured other sites of interest but not as loving, patient, and kind as the staff I encountered on this site. I believe that I have finally found a place that will be home for me. Cathy, the front desk Administrator greeted me with a big warm smile and warm hello, which made me feel very welcomed. Jeremiah and Maria was the next encounter of God’s loving adult children I met and toured with that demonstrated how welcomed, blessed and wrapped in God’s goodness my living environment will be. As we toured the well kept beautiful site the next journey I enjoyed was an introduction to all the amenities I will enjoy as a resident here. I was never rushed or hurried as we explored all the options of enjoyment and safe living I will experience here. I was able to have all my questions and concerns addressed as well. I felt so much peace and demonstrations of love flowing as we journeyed along the tour. I was genuinely listened too and heard regarding all my needs. Near the end of my tour I was introduced to other staff members as well. I really enjoyed meeting the loving spirit of Emily and others who demonstrated welcoming smiles and great conversations. I believe I was lead by God to attend this wonderful peaceful tour at a site where His children are not afraid to share and operate in His love. I know I am rambling on, but I am excited about my answered prayers of finding a place to live where God’s love is expressed openly without hesitation. I am so thankful!! I believe I will have peace and great joy as a resident here. Thank you for showing me how much God loves me! I feel overwhelmingly blessed!! I will continue to thank and praise God for leading me to the place He has provided for me!!! Also, I want to thank this wonderful staff for their obedience and demonstrations of His unfailing love!!!

I toured The Claiborne. From the moment I entered the community, I was warmly greeted. The facility and apartments are lovely. There are many activities both onsite and offsite for the residents to choose. My questions were throughly answered and Emily provided outstanding customer care and service. The staff put residents first and clearly knew the individuals. Emily and the staff left a great first impression showing empathy, knowledge of seniors and their specific needs and interests; and recognizing the challenges faced in any aging population. Let me state that this is the cleanest senior facility I have toured. I visited a few senior communities here in Newnan and Peachtree city, and there has always been a weird smell, but not here. I met with the director Jeremiah Cofer, and you can tell he takes great pride in this facility. He seemed to know every residents name as well as every staff member. His spirit seemed so genuine and kind, and I felt like I have known him for years. He was able to answer a lot of the questions I prepared before I even had the chance to ask them. The tour was personalized and I felt like my parents would be safe and feel right at home under his supervision. Mr. Cofer took the time to explain every detail of the daily living experience and made sure we left satisfied and with a clear understanding. My dad suffers from early onset dementia and he was able to explain how the staff cares for their residents and how they provide day to day care that is tailored to my father’s needs. I began to tear up a little and unexpectedly, Mr. Cofer gave me a hug and assured me everything would be ok. Now having toured many facilities in the past few weeks, I have always felt that they were just telling me what I wanted to hear, just to get my business and to fill a space, but not here. I can’t explain it, but I could just tell he meant everything he said. He made my family and I feel and confirm that this is the best choice for us. Thank you so much, for meeting with us. Thank you to the resident whom we spoke to in the parking lot who said since he has been here, this is the best the facility has ever been and she loves her life there. Let me also thank the other staff members we met as well, they were AWESOME!

I’m only here to spread positivity for this senior home. I read the comments and was hesitant to tour with gramps. I am so glad that my gramps convinced me to bring her. The food served was meatloaf and southern styled potato’s, I was even more impressed with the cheesecake that was served. Due to the reviews, I had to taste the food and it was exceptional. My gramps is a cook herself, I needed to make sure the food was to her satisfaction. I was there for cash bingo, even though she didn’t win, gramps enjoyed the fun.

Shout out to a staff member in memory care, Tawana L. Tawana ran my Fathers lab work to the Newnan VA without anyone asking her to. This selfless and caring act made it possible for me to stay at work and not leave my patients stranded. Not only that but the lab work was very important lab work that was needed to determine if hospice was the next step for my father. We were able to get those results in time and get my father admitted to the hospice care that is needed. Thank you Tawana L! She is an example of the type of staff we as family members want for our loved ones.

So we are in the first month, I have met several of the leaders that work there now. Tracy, Amy, Joe, D...at the concierge, the PT folks, all accommodating, all working on the cruise ship. Yes, its like a cruise ship, you can tell the staff love what they are doing by the way they interact with the Passengers, er uh the clients, the residents. They use words like, community, our guests, never words like facility or old folks home....They have a sense of humor, but they listen and they produce. My 87 year old mom is one of the newest passengers on Claiborne. This has been very stressful for me as my Mom has lived with our family for 15 years......I am comfortable, I feel safe that I am honoring my fathers dictate--- "take care of your mother".. It huge, its a 5 star + rating.....yes, I said leaders, they are all acting like good leaders. Top 2% these folks!

My Mother decided to leave the community that she was living in, for almost 2 years, to come to The Claiborne. She asked me to look at it on one of my trips to Newnan and I said sure. From the moment that I walked in the door I felt a strong peace that this would be best for the woman that I care about for her needs. The entrance gives you a feeling of modern ,yet blending in with the theme of Newnan, The City of Homes, feel that is clean and refreshing. I have seen deer on the property as I have driven in in the pre dawn hours. The entrance has the warm welcome of that you are home and as you tour the facility it has all the comforts of living in your town. The food is a well balanced meal for all ages. I have had all three meals there and would like to have the chef cook my own meals. The staff is very accommodating from the ED to her staff of admin assistants and concierge knowing the residents and comingling with them. The maintenance staff will see that the job is done right and is willing to see that it is pleasing to the resident. The PT and OT are willing and ready to assist in any therapy that a resident may need. I live 700 miles away and my brother is 10 minutes away we are comfortable knowing that our Mother is known and not just a number, safe and checked on if MIA and we will be contacted if there is a situation. The Claiborne will be setting the standard for senior communities in the state and country.
