The team at Heritage Woods are a God Send. Everyone from A to Z is so supportive. It will be a year in May that my parents moved to their new home at HW, even prior to them moving in I knew they were in the right place. I cannot recommend them enough. They are our extended family. The leadership from La Toya and Katie shines throughout. Thank you for ALL everyone at HW does day in and day out.

The office staff is very helpful with any concerns that the employees may have.. And majority of the time it's resolved in a timely manner. And the marketing director is just wonderful! Along with the administrator just tops it off. The DON keeps a smile and is willing to give you a gracious hug at any given time. She loves to see you with a smile also. And her daily concerns is how your day is going. It really is a peaceful place to work, live, and visit.

My mom lives there. I visit her often. She loves this place . I like it because everyone is so nice and attentive. Staff and residents . Everyone is nice. I like that they have activities and they do her laundry. They have a chef in the kitchen. Good food mom is happy here that means a lot . Awesome staff .

The apartments are beautiful. So glad we moved our mother into Heritage Woods of Newburgh the staff is very friendly and caring.

My mother has been a resident since April 2021. We have found the staff to be caring and willing to help. However, they are presently short staffed and are continuing to accept new move ins. This has caused increased wait times for calls when the residents use their pendant call buttons. We have had some hiccups along the way, and the administration was responsive in trying to resolve them. There is potential for Heritage Woods to be an above average facility. We will see if they do.

This place is outstanding from the moment you walk in. All the staff go above and beyond for anything you need for your family. You definitely can tell the staff feels like one big family. The place is absolutely beautiful. We feel so lucky to have a few of our loved ones here and knowing they are in great hands.

Once you're here, you're home! Beautiful setting with gazebo and walking paths that all lead to the outdoor patio area. You are sure to see deer in the woods in the back. Feels like country, but close to everything! Come see for yourself!
