It was ok at first. Then had problems with tenet sensually harassing my aunt. When I tried take her because had found another place they called the police on me and hid her when I came back to get her. Tenants can visit and do what want.I would advise it to anyone.

Kenny was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help my grandmother with her move-in, and made the entire process stress-free for her and our family. He was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. They were responsive from start to finish. Would highly recommend the Regency House!

We have been coming to this location for years volunteering with students. The staff is professional and friendly, the facility is always clean and smell fresh when you enter the doors. The director is very helpful and welcoming to my students and I. The staff always hosts parties for the residents and the smiles and laughter tells me they are having a great time. The cleaning ladies that help the residents are always friendly and have kind words and a joke to tell when passing by. The bus drivers and cafeteria employees always have smiles on their faces and speak when you see them passing by in the hallway. Overall this facility is a great place for anyone to trust their elderly relatives to live. If you don’t trust my words, the beautiful photos online, or anyone else’s just stop by and visit for yourself!!! Jason

My mother in law moved in recently to Regency House. We have been visiting several times. The facility is clean and spacious and the food is wonderful! The manager Paige is a quality person and the staff are friendly, helpful and engaging. Great location next to Emory Decatur with beautiful grounds. We hope she gets to live there a while in good health and contentment.

My mom recently moved in and after the tour with Kenny we knew this was the place for her everyone was so nice..The staff was very welcoming as soon as we came in the doors..I'm Glad we choose the Regency House for my mom I would definitely recommend !!!!!!!

This community is hand down the best place I have visited. I am a nurse with a patient who lives here and every time I am here to assist my patient I always encounter nice staff. I have been taking care of this patient for a couple months now at this community. During my visits with my patient he is always raving about the food and the activities they have planned for them. I would recommend this community if you are looking for a relative.

My mom moved in about a month ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support and kindness we’ve experienced. It brings me such peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands! The community offers a variety of activities every day and provides three delicious meals, so I can rest easy, knowing she’s well cared for and engaged. It truly is a wonderful place for loved ones!

From the moment I set foot in to the regency house the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The sales manager was very welcoming, and gave me a excellent tour, and I fell in love with the place immediately, and Page made it so that I could afford to move in with the specials they were having so much been here a week, and it feels like home. The community is very welcoming and nice, and I highly recommend it..

After touring other facilities in the Decatur area, The Regency House was my 92 year old aunt’s first choice and she has now lived there for 2.5 years. The staff is very friendly, helpful and dedicated to the residents and their wellbeing. It speaks volumes when the majority of the staff are retained and seem happy in their positions. The residents are friendly and go out of their way to engage their neighbors. The meals are healthy, tasty and appealing with several choices at each sitting. The renovations have made a marked improvement to the property and my aunt seems pleased with the choices made in the new design. I highly recommend The Regency House and would encourage others to consider making it their home.

I visited The Regency House to find a place for my grandmother! They were having a Pet Party for residents with pets. This was instantly a deal closer as my grandmother have a small frenchie. All of the staff was amazing and very friendly. The GM personally introduced himself and offered pet treats for my grandmother. She is now settled and enjoying the food and activities.

Michelle was nice until I mentioned the meal I had while visiting was terrible too salty (stuffing, dressing etc) the presentation was not good at all [my opinion] salad with iceberg lettuce that had slight brownish color no deep green in sight.

My mom has lived at the Regency House in Decatur for a couple of years. This past year, they have done serious upgrades to each apartment and painted the outside / re-roofed the entire building etc. These updates were much needed and it has made a difference for my mom. There is new(er) management who is very attentive and responsive to our needs and desires. The food has also gone from a 2 star to a 5 star. Mom feels safe there and likes the staff and community.

I visited a friend at Regency House in July. The carpets were extremely dirty. This retirement community seems to be in very poor repair.

I have lived here at the Regency House for only one month but couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied. The apt. Is nice and spacious, the staff are great and always willing to help and answer questions. The residents are very nice and friendly. They keep us busy with lots of games and fun competition. The meals are excellent! Grounds are lovely and well kept. One great perk....pets are welcome!
