My mom has been a resident for almost 2 years in memory care. She is so well cared for and loved. The staff works hard to go above and beyond to anticipate her needs, make sure she is happy and well taken care of, and most importantly loved. They are always patient and kind. The staff are like family to her and that is so comforting to us. I always know she is getting the best care.

From birthday dinners to chair volleyball we have a blast here at Franklin park Alamo Heights! Our residents enjoy their lunch bunch outings, our monthly book clubs, weekly bean bag baseball, holiday parties, weekly bingo, watching movies in the theater, weekly Mexican train dominoes, weekly bridge games and so much more. I love what I do and most of all I enjoy seeing our residents happy 🙂 We are a great community

My mother was there for only 3 months, but during that time she was well care for. The staff was great and anything that she needed was taken care of. It was so nice and convenient. Activities, meals, hair salon and even a PA. Thank you Franklin Park for taking such good care of my mother.

My uncle lives at Franklin Park Alamo Heights and I cannot believe how amazing this community is to their residents! They have wonderful staff that really get to know them like family. My uncle said he wishes he would have moved there sooner because life has become so much more enjoyable for him. His favorite thing to do is treat us to a wonderful meal in the dining room and the food is truly delicious. There are many items to choose from and everything is made fresh! He is now more active than he's ever been and we know when the time comes, he will feel very comfortable transitioning to the Assisted Living side. Thank you Franklin Park for taking such good care of my uncle.

I’ve been living at Franklin Park Alamo Heights for a year now. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m money ahead from owning and maintaining a house, much less all the money for food, maintenance, transportation, etc. I’ve traveled extensively, the food her is as good as any restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I consider the staff to all be my friends, which says a lot. I’m in the smallest one bedroom unit, and it’s a delight. It’s better than any apartment I’ve lived in, in my 78 years. I can’t say enough about how happy I , and my dog, like this place.

Beautiful place. The ballroom is lovely-- a wonderful room for parties or even weddings. Elegant chandeliers and a dance floor. The staff was so friendly as were the residents.
