My Mom is a new resident at Bartrum Lakes in Jacksonville. I have been very pleased with the service she has been provided. Overall the facility is clean and bright and the support from the front desk and the rest of the admin staff has been first rate. I had initially placed her at a facility in St Augustine and in hindsight I wish I had chosen Brooks in the first place. As with every new place of this type there are teething problems but when brought to the staff they have been addressed in a timely manner. Another plus is the Lakes home is located in the same building as the Brooks rehabilitation facility so if something serious happens that their on site nursing staff can't handle, additional medical help is close by.

Bartram Lakes is a lovely well maintained "home". The entire staff is kind, caring, professional and goes above and beyond to care for residents, as well as their families. There are activities and supervised outings. Snacks and drinks are always available. I feel relieved knowing my loved one is safe and his physical and medical needs are managed.

First Class! Don't take my word for it, go compare to some other facilities. The admissions coordinator Ellen Brown is top-notch. She has a true caring heart, the warmth to the people in the facilities can't help but shine through, they all love her. The two Front Desk people I deal with, Janet and the weekend receptionist are beautiful spirits as well, love them both. If you're considering putting your loved one here, you will definitely get service after the sale. What they tell you upfront will be what you get, it's as advertised. You don't get to say that much anymore in life.

I highly recommend Bartram Lakes Assisted Living for anyone who has a loved one who needs care. My mom was there for about two years. She loved the staff and formed several friendships. My experience was similar whenever I interacted with staff including the Administrator, Admissions Director, Activities Director, office staff, Nurses and CNA’s. The staff really cares about the residents and often goes above and beyond to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

My Mother has lived at Bartram Lakes for a year and a half now. I am satisfied with their care. The staff is very professional and personable. From the managers to the nursing and aids staff, they have been very helpful and considerate. The activities staff have been very helpful and supportive. My Mother loves bingo and stays very active with that.The atmosphere at this place is very welcoming and friendly. They make you feel right at home. The facility is kept very clean and the maintenance team does a great job as well. All in all, Bartram Lakes is a great place for my Mother.

Brooks Bartram Lakes care is very expensive. $5200 a month! The service level there is horrible from the nursing staff. My dad pulls his nurse call cord or pushes his button on his emergency necklace and after 25 minutes no one has responded. This is happened twice in the past few months. My dad has to call down to the front desk on his mobile phone in order to get any response from the nursing staff. Absolutely ridiculous! Also, down below in this review list, you will see a review and my daddy's name. My dad never placed that review. It's nothing he would ever say and I confirmed with him that he did not post that review. He's 92 years old he wouldn't even know how to post a review here on Google. My suspicion is that someone at Brooks is using patients' names to falsify positive reviews here in Google. This is now a legal matter for me!

My mother lived there comfortably for four years. The folks who took care of her were the best of the best. Even the front office (Janet and Vicki) pitch in when needed. And Necee was particularly helpful during the quarantine.

I really enjoy the various amenities here such as the fitness center, bible study, mens group, and the nature walks. Most of all, I enjoy the privacy and care that the staff members show me.

I am a musician with a music ministry focused on serving the elderly the sick and the dying. I have been performing at Brooks since they first opened several years ago. Out of the hundreds of venues where I perform, Brooks is by far one of my favorites. The staff is incredibly friendly and treat the residents like family. They are, kind, courteous, respectful and best of all, happy and fun. Kate and Neece 2 of the activity coordinators provide a ray of sunshine everywhere they go and always have fun activities for the residents. I highly recommend Brooks Bartram Lakes Assisted Living

Ive been living here for over a year and Im still enjoying the experience. I have the best room in the place with a beautiful view. Its nice and quiet. The staff here are really nice. I have a lot of friends that I can sit outside on the patio and talk with.

I cannot believe how far I have come in my health and strength since moving into Bartram Lakes. I tell my daughters everyday how thankful I am that they moved me here. The visitation restrictions have me missing my family so much! Today we have a car parade which was so wonderful. My family came by with signs and cheers. This is so hard but I am so happy to be at a place that does all they can to keep me in touch with my family.

I absolutely love living at Bartram Lakes. The people are friendly and there is much to do here. I enjoy the outings, daily activities and visiting with friends throughout the day. My apartment is beautiful and I love looking out the window watching people come in and out of the building. This place is great and I would recommend it to any person who needs assistance. I know my family feels better that I am here.

This place is very nice and so much fun! I am always out shopping, eating, and enjoying myself. Its easy to make friends here, the staff and neighbors are my friends. My daughter likes that I am busy and she does not have to worry about me being bored and unsafe at home alone.
