I recently toured the Independent Living at The Vantage at Cityview. While I'm not quite ready to make the move yet, I left knowing that when the time comes, this is where I want to call home. The Vantage is beautiful, welcoming, and truly feels like a place where you can enjoy life and build meaningful friendships. What made the experience exceptional was Priscilla. She was absolutely on point from start to finish”genuine, caring, knowledgeable, and 100% listened to me. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel like family. When I'm ready, I won't work with anyone other than Priscilla. She made such a lasting impression that I know she'll be the person I trust to help me through this important decision. I am moving my father from Houston area to Fort Worth so that I can be more active in his care and spend more time with him. I research several options and settled on the Vantage for a variety of reasons. A major deciding factor was their staffing model, and the resident staff ratios. I feel like after visiting several facilities they have the best model and And I feel like the care will be top-notch. They assisted living building is nicely appointed, clean and well laid out. It also doesn’t hurt That’s her care. Staff has longevity and seem to be very pleasant. The sales staff, From the first contact phone call to my conversations with the on-site sales people, were very pleasant and knowledgeable about their place and their people. I initially dealt with Nelly and then on my return visits I met with Hailey. Both were great, and I felt at ease speaking with them. Hailey was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, And answered all of my questions, always with a great attitude. After working with her, I felt confident that I had made the right decision in choosing the Vantage.

Wanted give a huge thank you to Selena (head nurse), the med tech.’s, and staff in memory care for taking care of my wife during a very serious infection she developed. Had it not been for Selena alerting me that the pharmacy had not received prescriptions from the hospital that were vital to her recovery she could have been in serious trouble. As it was a holiday weekend it was very difficult to get to the right people to get her prescription filled but we did- unfortunately she went 24 hours without the prescription which caused a set back. I wiil be forever thankful that Selena took it upon herself to help my wife. As with most medical situations now, I do caution that you personally make sure the staff knows what is going on.

Full Disclosure: I am an outside vendor who has the pleasure of servicing this wonderful community. I spend a lot of time visiting and in-servicing a whole host of different types of facilities and and I can honestly report to anyone reading this that The Vantage is by far and away one of my favorites. In my experience it's the staff that can really make or break a community like this and The Vantage staff are truly on the next level for attention to the residents, kindness, and professionalism. Facilities-wise the place is fantastic, clean, well managed and serviced, and the latest design and decor upgrades look and feel fantastic. Engagement-wise the residents are always out and about doing things both on and off campus - I myself host a monthly Health and Wellness Symposium presentation on their campus where we (me, residents, and staff) discuss and learn about topics of interest to, and decided on by, the residents and it is always well attended. I know there are a lot of places out there for folks to choose from these days but seriously, give this one a long, hard look - I promise you will not be disappointed!

Hailey was our first contact at The Vantage. We both liked her immediately and enjoyed the tour. We love good art, and really appreciate the framed art as well as the creative door decorations by the residents.The more we looked the more we liked, and the residents were so happy to share there good reasons for living there. I came by to tour with my mom, she was very hesitant and uneasy when we arrived, she almost backed out but she decided to tour, when we arrived she told me she was not going to talk because she didn't want to move even through we knew she needed this for her own independence. We met with the sales lady her name is Priscilla. Priscilla greeted us with a warm welcome and hugged my mom, we sat down and talked for awhile and to my surprise my mother held a great conversation with Priscilla, they laughed and hit it off, my mom was talking about all the stuff she would like to do and participate in, I was surprised how much she opened up to Priscilla. We toured the independent living, lots of people out and about, we even had people that live there greet myself and my mom. I just want to thank Priscilla you are an angel, and if it was not for you my mom would of never considered of moving, happy to say my mom is moving in.

And when I say "serving," I mean she is a leader who truly embraces and understands Servant Leadership. She understands how to work with our elder parents, truly cares for them, and exemplifies grace every day. Both my parents have resided at The Vantage since 2020. They began in Independent Living. They transitioned to Assisted Living and they are now in Memory Care. It has been a great experience every step of the way. My parents have been shown love & care on a daily basis. Patricia, in Memory Care is an absolute angel. There is never a time that I don’t get an immediate response from her. It doesn’t matter if it’s after hours, her day off or vacation time. She is always present. Patricia goes above & beyond to be involved with all residents & their families. She is fully aware of everything that happens on her floor. She makes time to celebrate with themed parties for all seasons & holidays. She has provided costumes for the residents to fully participate in whatever event she has planned. This brings so much joy to the families knowing that our loved ones are not forgotten or overlooked. Being in Memory Care doesn’t mean that these my parents have to ever quit finding joy, laughter, music etc,,,,, The Vantage is pretty, it’s clean, it smells good, and the food is great. Our family is always happy to join in. Residents are taken to weekly restaurant outings as well. My parents went to Denny’s today, they are both in their mid 80’s & require a lot of assistance. However, they are still privileged to continue having a fun dining experience. Taking them out helps them to enjoy diversity in their life. I know that they will continue to live their days at The Vantage with unconditional love & support.

Dad enjoys being a resident at the Vantage at Cityview! Dad has been there 2.5 years. It’s the staff makes a difference from this just being another senior living facility. Specially want to mention some of the exceptional staff: Jasmine, Rolesha, Luis, and Travis from the wait staff are very professional, attentive, they take extra care when it comes to helping the 2-3 sight impaired residents with their dining. They help them with the menu, and then explain where things are in the plate. Elisia from the cleaning staff cleans dad’s apartment, does a fantastic job, she takes special care to clean very throughly, but also replaces all items exactly where they were so dad can find them. She always has very positive attitude is a joy to be around. I highly recommend considering the vantage at cityview if you are in the market for senior living.

My mother Ginger has lived at the Vantage at Cityview for 11 years. She absolutely loves it there. It is a community in every sense of the word. She has made great friends and there is always something to do from wonderful social events to games, movie nights and so much more. And my siblings and I have the peace of mind that she is in a safe and caring enviornment.

My 83 year old mother had a major flood in her home and was displaced, staying in a hotel. When I reached out to a friend in the healthcare field (Rachel via Lisa) I was referred to Hailey. Hailey was our angel in disguise. When I told her what we needed, she reassured me that she would be able to help us. And she did just that... When we were ready to move our mother in, EVERYONE was so accommodating and welcoming. Jessica (who was also an angel) came up and met with us, informing us of what was available to our mother, etc. The experience was impeccable. My mother loves it here. Everyone has been so nice to her, including the residents. She said she feels at home. I've been in healthcare for more than 30 years and things are a little different when you are on the other side, needing help. Thank you for being so compassionate, hospitable, available to us, and for having true passion for what you do.

Toured the facility with Hailey looking for a place for my mom. Hailey took a lot of time to answer my questions and show me The Vantage, its floorplans, amenities, pricing, activities, and dining, which includes an la carte breakfast bistro! I'm feeling much more at ease after talking with Hailey about my mom and my concerns about her moving into a senior living community. My mother went into Memory Care in May 2024 and has had a great experience here. The director, Patricia, is always ready to help. She greets my mother and me with a big smile Nurse Selina is so important. I don't know what I would do without her. She has guided me and included me in decision making. Gwen, activities director, is the right person for the job. I think it's a calling! All of the staff (Christian!) are so friendly and helpful. They are so loving to my mother. I highly recommend The Vantage at Cityview. Every day I am happy that my mother is in their care.

We had a meeting with Nellie Cabeen on Monday. The purpose of our meeting was to learn more about the Vantage for possible placement of a dear friend in the assisted living side of the Vantage. We were very impressed from the initial phone call to the on site visit . Nellie answered all our questions and gave us a thorough visit of all the amenities. The facility offers a wide range of activities and several levels of care. It is a lovely place to live.We left The Vantage feeling quite comfortable with choosing it for our dear friend. My wife and I, 84 and 80 years of age respectively, have been Vantage residents since January 13, 2023. We had looked around Fort Worth for a place where we could deposit ourselves with the reasonable expectation of spending the remainder of our lives in caring and competent hands. Suffice it to say that the most likely single reason why we chose The Vantage at Cityview as that depository was our contact with Ms. Tierra Wilson, Director of Sales and Marketing. Everything about Tierra was, and continues to be, special and, by implication, an accurate witness to the quality of The Vantage. Her professionalism, her authentic friendliness, and her demonstrable pro-active commitment to Resident needs are outstanding well beyond the signing of our contract . . . but that's gilding the lily -- how does a person adequately describe perfection? She's special, and likewise The Vantage.

Here I go again.. Lived here in 2015 but my partner decided he wanted to go to my house instead of apartment living, so we did. I spent a ton to remodel the house and now he has to have help I can't supply. I'm going back to the Vantage. Loved it. Much less stress and expenses are significant but home ownership is worse. Can't wait. Willl be nice to have all level of care there as needed. Bigtime plus to all the staff for making my life easier. Moving May 2024, So ready.

Dining Room wait staff: Francisco works very hard. Francisco can run the Bistro by himself. He never hides or runs away when you are trying to get his attention. Louis works very hard in the dining room. Louis is equally efficient to Francisco just a younger work. Housekeeping staff: Sonia strives for complete perfection every time she comes to clean. She never overlooks anything. Maintenance department: Steve is capable of repairing anything. He makes you feel like you are doing him a favor to ask him to fix something. Transportation/driver: Jessica is a careful, flawless driver. She is endlessly helpful and courteous. ALL OF THE ABOVE VANTAGE STAFF MEMBERS DESERVE A FIVE STAR RATING.

I had the opportunity to tour The Vantage at Cityview yesterday. I was very impressed by this facility and their staff. The programs and services they offer support the needs of the residents and appear to go above and beyond expectations. I observed the staff positively engaging with the residents on every floor of the tour. The facility was beautifully appointed and welcoming with areas on each floor where the residents were able to visit with their guests and family as well as participate in activities. I would definitely encourage anyone exploring options for assisted living or memory care to visit this facility.
