I will forever be grateful for what this rehabilitation center has done for my papaw. They have treated us like family since the day we came in. They even made sure my papaw attended church services that they have at the center! Such a great place for your loved ones to rehabilitate or to live out their golden years. Highly recommended by my entire family and friends!

Decent place, everyone was nice. My issue is after discharge they gave me 5 days medication, and have called 8 times to have my prescriptions called in and I run out of medication and still haven't got my meds called in.

You can never get a hold of the business office and they have a serious problem with returning calls. The people in dietary threw my mother's teeth out with her tray back on Dec 15, 2023 and I have called for the last 3.5 months and just recieved a call and they couldn't answer why her teeth haven't been replaced.. I was told I would recieve a call back and I am still waiting.. on top of this my mother has been dropped from her bed x 3 since 2021 and we were not notified until 4 days later smh

After being hospitalized 3 times for physical therapy for my husband this has been the best . he has come along way from Nov. 1,2019 and after breaking 6 ribs and fractured hip. I recommend this facility to anyone. The therapist are caring and compassionate.Very nice and clean facility.We were very impressed. The staff and nurses and help go out of their way to assist you in any way. Can't say enough about this place.

During my last visit, I encountered a resident who had been living here for over a year, and was now well enough to return home. She had nothing but good things to say about the facility and staff, stating she would be coming back to visit them as she was able. The staffing ratio looked good compared to other facilities in the area. You can see the number of residents as well as daily staffing of Lpns RNs and care staff CNAs displayed and updated daily at any facility you visit. just fyi. Some facilities and assisted living communities like the one in Scott Depot, use unlicensed persons to pass medications due to legislations passed saying they can take a 3 week class and be an "amap" and pass meds under a nurses supervision.

I know two people who have had people in this place and I have visited both and been there. While you can do worse, they have problems. It does seem clean. They seem to be understaffed and at times residents have to wait a considerable amount of time to be helped. Prices have gone up considerably for certain amenities as well. I won't go into a lot of details of the issues I've heard of but if there are other (better) options in the area I would after hearing of the experiences of those I know who have dealt with them, I'd seek out the other options first.

Each time I visit the facility, the halls smell clean, the staff greets each resident by name, the Director of Nursing is visible on the units, and I have never heard a resident complain about anything. The building is being remodeled and is also adding an entire 2 story wing housing skilled nursing equipment and staff I have heard!
