My sister suffered two strokes and after spending almost three months in rehab and a nursing home our family was faced with the difficult realization that she could no longer safely live alone. It was a heart-wrenching decision and the transition had to be accomplished in a very short time period. We visited several senior living places and decided on Pleasant Point. Christine Gomez was very helpful, from the first meeting, the application process and through the actual moving process. She explained the process, the paperwork and was patient and kind. She was available for questions and followed up with us. And she was so very kind - understanding the reluctance and sadness my sister was working thru and the many concerns we, her family, were experiencing. Several times questions came up after hours and she immediately responded via text. I am so very grateful!! And Ms. Gloria -who is handling my sister's many medications- was very kind and attentive to my sister's needs as well. Many heartfelt THANKS to the staff 🙂 Angela

Christine was so helpful and went above and beyond to get my grandma a room at Pleasant Point. We were out of state and had a short timeline to find my grandma an assisted living facility in Racine. She communicated along the way and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. Since living here for a couple of weeks now, Christine has continued to help in many ways and stays in touch to make sure everything is going well. This has been a positive experience and I would recommend this facility to others. The residents here are also so kind and welcoming. I enjoy visiting my grandma and my grandma does not have any complaints.

Moving my mom was a difficult decision. We found Pleasant Pointe and Tina reassured us from the time we toured till mom moved in. Rooms are so nice. Plenty of storage and space. Staff have been wonderful. She has already made some friends and is engaging in activities. My mom has nothing but great things to say about her new living situation. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, you can tell they care about their residents and provide a very clean and warm environment. Rooms are very spacious and have a good amount of closet space and cabinets. They plan events not just for their residents but invite family to come and participate.

I've been with this company for two years now as the activities director. The strides we have taken to grow as a team have been so incredible. Best place to work for! I knew from my first week here this was going to be my last job. I will retire from this company. That was almost 2 years ago. Our executive director is amazing and not scared to help where needed. As well as all other support staff and management. It's like one big family working for the company.

My mom moved into Pleasant Point several years ago. For the first years I would rate it a "fair" place to live. Then a few years ago Heather Gillis became the director. She is a fabulous and compassionate leader who has made Pleasant Point a fun place to live for the residents. The food menu's are now nutritious and tasty according to my picky eater mom. My mom has made good friends and I am happy knowing she is well taken care of and safe. I now would rate it a "great" place to live.

I have been employed at Pleasant Point for over a year and I have enjoyed the residents, their families, outside providers, and coworkers. Executive director of the building is very involved in the daily activities and not afraid to assist when needed. We are small enough to get to know the residents and provide a "family" atmosphere while assisting with their needs. I used to work at a larger facility and I'm really impressed with closeness of the staff with the residents.

Great place for my mom! Rooms are a perfect size with plenty of storage in the kitchen. Since it is only one floor it's easy for her to get around and not have to wait for an elevator. Staff is great... especially Tina who is always there to offer assistance to any of your needs!! Mom loves the food and, of course, Bingo!! Sylvana is great and keeps her busy with all the activities she schedules. Best of all mom is very happy there!!

I have worked at Pleasant Point for the past 10 months and between the residents and staff it has been a pleasure. I love how the Executive Director is hands on and always willing to jump in to help staff with direct care of residents on any shift. All and all it's a great place with awesome care given by people that truly care about the residents.

Pleasant Point Senior Living has been a great assisted living option for our sister, who quite suddenly found herself in need of these services. Both the management and staff have exhibited kindness and compassion towards the residents. Tina Luchinski and Julie Wagner have been exceptionally responsive to our many questions as we navigate this unfamiliar territory. We feel that our sister is well cared for in a clean and safe environment. She visits with other residents at meals and even has her nails done. Thank you Pleasant Point!
