My mother is 96 years old started out needing someone to come into her home to help with showering and some daily tasks. This developed into a wonderful relationship with her caregiver, Carrie. Carrie is like another daughter to her, she helps fill her days with activities and at the same time helps me with my mother's care, her laundry and housekeeping. She encourages my mother to eat and to visit with the other residents in her senior living facility. My mother worries when Carrie is on vacation, she has come to rely on her for her daily needs. I have been very happy with Comfort Keepers and especially with Carrie. Thank-you!

Having never had to use a care service for our mother before, we were somewhat concerned that we may possibly end up with someone that just came in and went through the motions, stared at their phone a lot and collected a paycheck. That has not been our experience with our mom's care giver Felicia. Felicia does not go through the motions. She treats our mom with dignity, concern and respect. It can be somewhat more challenging to make a connection with our mother as she has visual and hearing challenges as well as memory issues; not to mention that she can be a little shy at first. Felicia is very proactive in making conversation, doing puzzles, crossword puzzles, finding old programs or music mom likes etc. We feel very comfortable with mom in Felicia's care and have all grown attached to her. We are lucky/blessed to have met Felicia.

I am a hospice nurse who had a patient in common with Joya from Comfort Keepers. Although our patient was only with us for several days, Joya was absolutely amazing and I couldnt have provided the care that I was able to without her. I am so grateful for her.

Exceptional home care services were provided to my Mother! My family and I are so lucky to have found a company that took the time to work with my Mother who was not the easiest patient due to her advanced dementia. Sometimes staffing got a little hairy, but the girls at the office always seemed to figure it out. If you are someone you know needs care in the Racine area, I highly recommend them.
