Christine was so helpful and went above and beyond to get my grandma a room at Pleasant Point. We were out of state and had a short timeline to find my grandma an assisted living facility in Racine. She communicated along the way and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. Since living here for a couple of weeks now, Christine has continued to help in many ways and stays in touch to make sure everything is going well. This has been a positive experience and I would recommend this facility to others. The residents here are also so kind and welcoming. I enjoy visiting my grandma and my grandma does not have any complaints.

Very friendly staff, you can tell they care about their residents and provide a very clean and warm environment. Rooms are very spacious and have a good amount of closet space and cabinets. They plan events not just for their residents but invite family to come and participate.

Pleasant Point Senior Living has been a great assisted living option for our sister, who quite suddenly found herself in need of these services. Both the management and staff have exhibited kindness and compassion towards the residents. Tina Luchinski and Julie Wagner have been exceptionally responsive to our many questions as we navigate this unfamiliar territory. We feel that our sister is well cared for in a clean and safe environment. She visits with other residents at meals and even has her nails done. Thank you Pleasant Point!

My mom moved into Pleasant Point several years ago. For the first years I would rate it a "fair" place to live. Then a few years ago Heather Gillis became the director. She is a fabulous and compassionate leader who has made Pleasant Point a fun place to live for the residents. The food menu's are now nutritious and tasty according to my picky eater mom. My mom has made good friends and I am happy knowing she is well taken care of and safe. I now would rate it a "great" place to live.

I have worked at Pleasant Point for the past 10 months and between the residents and staff it has been a pleasure. I love how the Executive Director is hands on and always willing to jump in to help staff with direct care of residents on any shift. I have been employed at Pleasant Point for over a year and I have enjoyed the residents, their families, outside providers, and coworkers. Executive director of the building is very involved in the daily activities and not afraid to assist when needed. We are small enough to get to know the residents and provide a "family" atmosphere while assisting with their needs. I used to work at a larger facility and I'm really impressed with closeness of the staff with the residents.

I have volunteered at Pleasant Point Senior Living, I can see the fun the residents have in the community. It is very homelike. The residents enjoy the food, activities and the relationships they build with each other and the staff.

We just helped my Dad move into the assisted living facility. The director and staff have been so supportive and extremely helpful. Dad has said the food is good. He even joined in on a game if bingo. We feel good that he is safe and well taken care of.

I recently moved my sister into Pleasant Pointe Assisted Living in Mt. Pleasant Wisconsin.The staff are lovely, supportive and friendly.From the Care givers, to the Chefs, to the Activities Director, Maintainence team, to the Director.The facility is clean with good home cooked meals.Example: Beef Stroganoff from scratch not a box.The Management team is responsive and great listening to what your loved one needs. Christina Gomez has been delightful to work with.My sister and I feel so fortunate to have such a caring, safe environment for a loved one to transition to when they can no longer live alone independently.I would highly recommend Pleasant Pointe Assisted Living for your loved one.

We like this community for care. The staff is helpful. The menu is appealing and they do assist with special needs. He is happy with his nice room that was furnished. The community needs little more activities for the residents. We like how they are always attentive and willing to help. One of the reasons we choose this community was the staff. The staff and the nurses are friendly, helpful and encouraging. They do offer daily activities and the community is very clean. Mom has no complaints about the food and they will check on her if she does not come down for a meal. I would recommend this community.

My mother has really made the adjustment well into her new apartment at this community. The staff treat her just like family and she was so thrilled that she was able to bring her cats with her. She has been enjoying the meals they serve as well as the company of the other residents during her dinning experience. My favorite thing about this place is the peace of mind I get with leaving my mother in there care. I am overall very pleased with how everything is going.
