When my father reached the point of needing hospice care I was not financially or emotionally ready for that. I got a recommendation to give the hospice alliance a call, I am so glad I did! From start to finish, they made the process very easy. The staff was so very nice and accommodating to our every need and answered every question I had. The facility is topnotch, with the rooms being large and clean. I did not notice the typical hospital smell at all, I can't recommend them enough. I would like to thank all the staff, from the nurses to the support team and everyone in between. We are forever indebted to to you for the care and compassion you showed us and my father.

My mother passed away recently but like in a lot of cases prior to that we (my sister and myself) needed to find a Hospice provider to help provide assistance for her growing needs because of her bladder cancer. I have dealt with hospice in the past with my father and they were ok. But when I contacted Hospice Alliance, From the time I talked to them on the phone till the time we met with Angelica to discuss our mother's condition She was very professional in presentation and apparel. She also showed a very true concern about our mother's condition. After we completed the paperwork, we were introduced to the people that would be coming by to take care her. All of them were caring compassionate people that I felt very comfortable with taking care of mom and she also felt the same way about them. Marissa the CNA was there the most and did a fantastic job and our mother enjoyed her company. Faith is the RN and checked on her condition and any medications that she may need and she also handled all the final arrangements when the time came. Connie is the Social Worker that not only made sure mom was OK, but also made sure that my sister and myself were handling the current situation OK. When the time came to administer the last rites the Chaplin was called , she passed sooner then the Chaplin could get there but in cases like this there are no set time for anything, but he did administer the last rites while she was still at my house along with my sister, her husband and myself in attendance and that was a good thing. And what brought me to smile was the Chaplin's name Charlie Chaplin. I cannot say enough about the experience we had using Hospice Alliance and I highly recommend talking to them before making any final decisions on which Hospice Facility you are going to use.

The wonderful people working at the Pleasant Prairie location should be very proud. They took great care of my mother and answering the 100 times the doorbell rang for all the friends and family. Please consider donating to make their care available to as many possible.

An amazing group of care providers. Was thankful to have them for my late husband's end of life care, prior to becoming part of the team. I see how hard everyone works to provide the highest level of care with outstanding compassion and empathy for each client and their loved ones.

So I read the two bad reviews on here I was a little scared to bring my mom to this place. Despite that we decided to bring our mom to this facility and it was the best decision our family has ever made. This place has 8 rooms. So the attention you get is great. Everybody is super friendly and they seem to like their jobs. My mom is always washed and in clean cloths. They move her in the bed several times a day. They have everything from professional staff to volunteers to counselors. They keep you informed on everything that is going on and all sorts of info on what to expect.. They help the family as much as the patient. They have all sorts of extra rooms for the family to visit with a beautiful garden and bird feeders in front of every room window. Most of all they appear to be masters of pain management!!!! Mom will pass shortly and dad already said he wants to come here too.

We were so thankful that this place was recommended to us for the care of my brother. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and felt very homey. The staff were friendly, caring and welcoming to all of us. My brother was so well taken care of. He was only there for 5 days before he passed, but our family will be forever grateful for the experience. On his first day there, he was still able to speak his thoughts, and he told us he liked the place (he had NOT liked the hospital). Thank you.

I have never experienced anything like it, the care and concern of this place and how they take care of the terminally ill is so special and heart warming. It is a beautiful setting that looks like a very nice home. You know that they truly care, one aide actually gave my sister in law her beautiful smock since she commented on how beautiful the shirt was. We were there one week and were always met with smiles and concern for our beloved sister. Thank you will never be enough, But truly thank you. Lauri

My mom had to enter hospice after a recurrence with brain cancer. Hospice Alliance was the first place we looked at after a personal recomondation from a friend who used thier services. We looked at several other places and although they were nice , none compared to Hospice Alliance. When we entered the building we were overcome by the way the place was set up. It was as close to home as it could be. Ultra clean, decorated with class and elegence, and some of the best staff imaginable. Mom recieved the greatest care i could have imagined. The staff was so caring and fun. One of the young C.N.A's who worked on the weekend spent quality time with mom doing her make-up, nails and toes. Mom sparkled. She loved it. It made her feel all warm and fuzzy. I hope this young lady knows how much happiness she brought to her. Because of the amount of time i spent over 4 weeks with mom there, i got to meet all shifts of caretakes. Not one in the bunch could I find a flaw in. Professional,caring and all around fantastic people. I worked with a social worker named Jennifer. Classy, elegant , friendly, caring, understanding, an ultimate person. She got to know mom and talked with her when she got a chance. We sat one day close to the end and talked for a few hours. She made me feel a whole lot better and made it a better day. Kudos Jennifer.your a great person along with all the rest of the staff. I could go on for hours . The bottom line is i could have never seen my mom go to a finer home for her journey to Gods kingdom then this place. Bless this building and all who work here for their dedicated and loving service. I will never forget these fine people...ever!!!!!!
