Brookdale has really upgraded! With a new director the staff changes, Brookdale has become an extremely good place. My mother was there until her passing. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone. Plenty to do activities-wise in the community. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good meals. Open visitation and staff willing to meet patients needs. Nicest place I visited in the area even before the upgrades!

Brookdale Kenosha and Lee Hozey have been a saving grace for not only my mom but me as well. After admitting my mom to a different memory care facility less than 2 months prior, in which she would either be sleeping most of the day or would be crying I knew she had to be moved. I was a wreck not knowing what was going on with her or to her. The facility would never provide FaceTime or zoom calls and the little bit I could see through the window didnt help. Made me that much more worried and concerned for my moms well-being. Lee from Brookdale Kenosha happened to do a follow up phone call to see status of mom. (My brother never got back to her about choosing a different facility). Not really knowing what was going on at the previous facility and mom being miserable and sleeping all the time, I knew I wanted her moved immediately. I worked with Lee and she made things happen quickly. Mom moved into Brookdale Kenosha and my only regret is not placing her there at the beginning! My mom is SO happy there. She is constantly smiling, has a group of friends she hangs out with and is rarely in her room. She participates in the daily programming and she always tells me how much she loves everyone. ( she really enjoys spa day). The staff is nothing short of amazing- caring, concerned and loving. I cant thank Lee enough for the follow up call and the deep care and concern she had when I made the decision to move mom immediately to Brookdale Kenosha. A HUGE thank you to the entire staff at Brookdale Kenosha for all you do! My mom is truly blessed to having such amazing caregivers!!! Debbie Ellis

Very nice mothers day brunch, every one was cheerful and helpful. I am impressed with the quality of care and how well the place is kept up. My mom is in good hands and I dont have to worry about her.

Not sure what I would do without them. The staff there is dedicated and caring and the facility is well kept. Im there two times per week on average and understand how difficult their job is. Certainly I wish there was a larger staff because we all want our loved ones to have the best, individualized care possible but these folks do a lot and Im glad I found this facility so close to my home.
