My friend moved there after losing her balance and needed additional memory care, the staff were always accommodating and very nice! I really liked all the activities witch kept her engaged and occupied throughout the day! The Activities staff were very caring and loving to all residents so I knew she was in good hands. Allie and Krystal in activities were always so nice and helpful, I can't thank them and the rest of the stuff enough for all their help and hard work it isn't a easy job, they are special people!

I loved what I saw when I had visited my grandma recently. The activities they had going on were keeping the residents engaged and happy! The nursing staff was friendly and I had a warm welcome from everyone who worked there as I passed by or conversated with. Management was also involved. Definitely makes me happy knowing she and the other residents are being taken care of. My biggest fear was always putting a loved one in the wrong hands. We made the right choice with you guys. Thank you all!

Brookdale has really upgraded! With a new director the staff changes, Brookdale has become an extremely good place. My mother was there until her passing. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone. Plenty to do activities-wise in the community. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good meals. Open visitation and staff willing to meet patients needs. Nicest place I visited in the area even before the upgrades! 4/16/24 update— I have been blessed to be able to continue bringing in my dog to guests even though my mom passed away 1/15/23.

My husband was at Brookdale Kenosha and I couldn't be happier with the care he received. The staff always answered my questions and made me feel that I made the right choice for him. It's never easy when you have to place your loved one in a community, but Brookdale staff made me feel very comfortable and confident in the choice I made.

I love all the activities that Brookdale provides for their residents to do! Providing great quality of photos of loved ones for others to see, especially when some families are not always able to be present. They provide this comfort, which brings joy to my heart! Everytime I have walked into this facility it has been clean, and the residents always seem happy. Thank you to this amazing staff! Since it has been under new management it definitely has improved, and all the staff seem to be angels! Again, thank you so much for all you do!

Brookdale is a wonderful senior living community. The Executive Director, Nurse (Katie), Activities Director (Allie) and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to create a comfortable home for the residents with a family-like atmosphere. There are activities (water painting, Sunday Funday just to name a few) to encourage socialization and even special holiday events. Most recently, they had a wedding social for Valentine's Day. Five Stars!

This community is amazing and I would definitely recommend a family member to live here. I recently read some reviews claiming that some employees are horrible from a very rude former staff member Mary Montoya who I believe is not capable of understanding what work ethic and proper grammar means. She seems like a bitter person who will blame everyone else for her not willing to work and take care of residents. I am pleased with the work of the HWD and the ED as I have seen great improvements since they came on board.

Brookdale is amazing. It is a great community for your loved ones! The staff there cares so much for you and your family! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking. Katie is by far the best at what she does in Kenosha County. You'd be lucky ro have her looking after those you love.

I would recommend Brookdale Kenosha to any family looking for memory care. They have a great activity program that engages the residents and helps to maintain their cognitive level. The new management team has made great improvements and really seems to care about the residents.

Compared to the other places I toured Brookdale was by far the best choice. The friendly staff, the smiling faces, the upkeep and layout of the facility, the services offered and how much they care about their residents. It's a hard job and they do it well. I feel they really try hard to help each resident and are always understanding helping the best they can.

I had the chance to volunteer here over the summer! All the residents are so sweet and the staff are amazing! We took them on walks, played games, exercised, played trivia, painted nails, read the Bible and had some fun little porch parties! Brookdale is amazing! Thank you to all the staff for your kindness towards us!

Brookdale Kenosha and Lee Hozey have been a saving grace for not only my mom but me as well. After admitting my mom to a different memory care facility less than 2 months prior, in which she would either be sleeping most of the day or would be crying I knew she had to be moved. I was a wreck not knowing what was going on with her or to her. The facility would never provide FaceTime or zoom calls and the little bit I could see through the window didnt help. Made me that much more worried and concerned for my moms well-being. Lee from Brookdale Kenosha happened to do a follow up phone call to see status of mom. (My brother never got back to her about choosing a different facility). Not really knowing what was going on at the previous facility and mom being miserable and sleeping all the time, I knew I wanted her moved immediately. I worked with Lee and she made things happen quickly. Mom moved into Brookdale Kenosha and my only regret is not placing her there at the beginning! My mom is SO happy there. She is constantly smiling, has a group of friends she hangs out with and is rarely in her room. She participates in the daily programming and she always tells me how much she loves everyone. ( she really enjoys spa day). The staff is nothing short of amazing- caring, concerned and loving. I cant thank Lee enough for the follow up call and the deep care and concern she had when I made the decision to move mom immediately to Brookdale Kenosha. A HUGE thank you to the entire staff at Brookdale Kenosha for all you do! My mom is truly blessed to having such amazing caregivers!!! Debbie Ellis

Not sure what I would do without them. The staff there is dedicated and caring and the facility is well kept. Im there two times per week on average and understand how difficult their job is. Certainly I wish there was a larger staff because we all want our loved ones to have the best, individualized care possible but these folks do a lot and Im glad I found this facility so close to my home.
