I have been observing management, the caregivers, and the residents, including my wife at CoH, Hudson, for a year now. I am absolutely comfortable with the way my wife is treated, along with how the other residents receive care. Management, Lauren and Nikki, are very professional, helpful, and friendly. Should there be a moment of need within CoH by anyone, they don't hesitate for a second to pitch in and lend a helping hand. The caregivers, way to many to individually name, are exceptional. They are very tender-hearted with each of the residents. They easily work with each challenging personality residing within CoH, Hudson. There are a plethora of activities for the residents to embrace. Carla, the activities leader, is constantly keeping the residents engaged. The activities are ones that support mental and physical health. Each holidays are evidenced by how the decorations are displayed, and the residents are embraced with activities and gifts. Lastly, medications are dispensed professionally and on a timely basis. And should there be a health issue of significance, the proper authorities are immediately contacted. I'm very positive about CoH, including the 'homey' care my wife lovingly receives. Burt

I don't even know where to begin to say how Delightful we are with the memory care unit at COH in Hudson . We were so scared about taking my mother in law somewhere and this place is amazing , she is so happy here !!! The staff here takes such good care of her and the needs she needs . Definitely, would recommend if you have someone that needs assisted living care !!!

I'm responding to Holly. I am Barbs daughter and saw my Mom 2-3 times a week. Holly's review is not true. She is vindictive and bitter because my parents did not name her as POA of health and unfortunately these poor people had to bear the brunt of her cruelty.

I have worked at the bluffs for almost 3 years. Best job I've had. Management is wonderful they always work with staffs needs. Go above and beyond for our residents and make sure we are always giving them the right cares they need. The residents are well taken care of. Staff work hard to make sure our residents are getting the proper care they need. There is two sides to every story. Don't always believe what you read. We work very hard to make sure the residents are taken care of.

I have been employed with COH for 10 years, 4 different buildings to fit the needs of life changing. The management team at the bluffs have been by far the best team I have worked under! We genuinely care about our residents and families! Reading an awful review really hurts when I was one of the many employees we have here (definitely not short staffed) that took care of this woman. If you are ever unsure about a company because of poor reviews I highly recommend coming in for a tour of our facilities!

MANAGER & ASST. MGR HAVE BEEN GREAT!! Aides Alicia, Jessica, Kris & Morgan all of the 6 above deserve big raises. They have all been so kind and very patient and sweet to a sometimes difficult patient. Otherwise would like to see cleaner room, better food. They should have additional staff. When managers have to fill in overnights because of short staff the owners are being very unfair to them. They have never complained but if you want to keep excellent employees you better rethink your plans. My husband was not a memory care patient but has a very difficult illness to deal with.
