People seem nice if they ever return calls or answer the phone. My parent is there and I can't reach the office for weeks to see if everything is ok.

I don't think you could find a finer place to live. Everything is well kept. We have friendly, mannerly tenants. There's quite a few activities for us to join plus a 2 tv rooms and a small gym. The grounds are beautiful with trees, various plants, flowers and lots of birds and other animals. Our manager Shelby is awesome in all she does. This is a wonderful place to live.

Affordable housing, with heat furnished.knowledgeable,helpful and friendly staff. The majority of the residents are very socialable and friendly. Daily activities in community room with monthly pot luck dinners, 2 TV rooms for residents that can not afford extended cable fees to watch sports,movies and other special events as well as regularly scheduled favorite programs. A exercise room with some equipment,with more state of the art equipment being considered. 2 laundry rooms ,located on the 1st and 3rd floors each with 3 washers,driers for no waiting. Overall a very clean ,well maintained and smoke free residence !!!

Very nice place to live. Affordable also. We have a lot of fun with Potlucks and card games. We have 2 TV rooms that we get to watch our favorite sport teams. Plus you get to meet a lot of friendly people.
