Casey and Addie did an amazing job taking care of my grandpa during his time at the nursing home. They were always kind, compassionate, and attentive, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about the residents. They treated my grandpa with dignity and respect and always went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for. Our family is so grateful for the support, patience, and kindness they showed him every day. Knowing that he was in such good hands gave us tremendous peace of mind. Casey and Addie are truly wonderful caregivers, and we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for our grandpa.

My grandfather can be very particular, and it takes someone with a lot of patience and compassion to make him feel comfortable. Cassandra consistently goes above and beyond to meet his needs with kindness, professionalism, and a smile. She treats him with dignity and truly makes him feel cared for, even on his more difficult days. It’s comforting to know he has someone like Cassandra looking after him. The staff has been wonderful, but Cassandra’s dedication and genuine care really stand out. Thank you for everything you do!

Mckenzie is awesome. Very responsive to moms needs. The facility is clean and well maintained. There is a library/ gathering room on either side of the building. You can visit anytime you want. They activities daily.

My aunt recently moved in to Comforts of Home The Willows. The managers and staff have done an amazing job for my aunt. With their care she is thriving. She is engaged in activities and with other residents. She is happy and we are solaced knowing that she is being well cared for.

Manager Michelle and assistant manager Henry made the transition to memory care so smooth for Dad and our family. They and all the staff are so kind and caring. They have a great understanding of memory care patients and made us feel very comfortable leaving dad in their care.

My dad has been a resident here for almost 2 years Since the new director has arrived his room is much cleaner, menu much better, they listen to the residents and make their favorites! questions/concerns are addressed. Hudson location is filled with amazing staff that are very welcoming to all families and friends. Our resident enjoy spending time on the patio gardening and watering the flowers.

Majority of staff very helpful. Administration is a little lacking with direction. Also communication between staff members is also a little lacking. I know staffing is a problem but I feel even with the shortage things could be better. Also I have observed that meals are lacking appeal and often arrive to residents COLD.

The staff here are so incredible. They treat everyone like family. It has a beautiful community room on both ends of the building, with a large screen tv, puzzles. books, couches and tables for visiting with family. The food is really good. It is very well maintained and clean. Once a week a hair stylist comes in to do hair. There is activities planned daily for the residents including morning exericise.
