My wife and I found living here a joy after downsizing from a big house which required too much time and money. The staff is very helpful and always make time to discuss things with us or to just chat. Our maintenance man is a gem and can fix almost anything. He, like the staff, is very good at explaining things to us such as changes in lease or use of certain facilities or equipment. One of the things we like very much is how quickly we made friends when we moved here from Spokane. The friends and the staff made us feel at home from the beginning. We have lived here for almost nine years.

Checked this place out and it's really nice. Has an on-site pub, movie theater, internet Cafe and and community room.. it's pet friendly with a place of walking your dog. There's a gazebo with tables and chairs outside and a nice water fountain in the front court.. it has a very friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities. The property is well kept and has elevators and abundant lighting..

My mother lived at Affinity for 6 yrs. When her health was failing at 92.5, it was time to move on. She refused to leave, she had made many connections to make her life more meaningful. The staff at Affinity helped me by referring me to an assisted living facility that I hadnt considered. It was a perfect fit. At that point I decided they were also good social workers.

Checked it out for my elderly mother. What a fantastic place! Very friendly staff, lots of things to do, and extremely reasonable price. All of the residents seemed very happy.

I moved into Affinity @ Walla Walla approximately 2 1, 2 yrs ago and have never regretted it at all. The staff is fantastic and extremely helpful no matter what is requested of them. On Tuesdays and Thursdays several of we residents go down to Dilly Dalleys for root beer floats and, or something a little stronger to imbibe. Then it is off to the Community Room Room to play cards, continue visiting or go up to our apartments to have dinner and relax. Several residents prefer a more quiet way of living and prefer staying home instead of being social. Some of the other amenities include a beauty salon, craft room, library, internet cafe and game room. I am sure that I have forgotten something but after all Im only human. Affinity also provides dinners, programs and entertainment throughout the year. Since we are a 55 and over retirement complex I wondered, at first, what the age demographics would be here. I was pleasantly pleased that we are divided in each age group fairly equally and best of all everyone mingled with each other no matter their ages. One of the more fun occasions was before Christmas when if we residents donated food, pet beds, treats and such we could have our pets picture taken with Santa. Some animals liked it, others hated it but, luckily Santa did not get bit. The one other plus Affinity at Walla Walla has is its location. We are situated close to 4 restaurants, beauty parlors, drug stores, Bi-Mart, Safeway, nail salons, Starbucks, a Dollar Tree and dental clinics. Add to that we are only 3 or 4 blocks from 2 hospitals and medical clinics. I plan on staying here at, Affinity at Walla Walla, for many years to come. I cant imagine living anywhere else, especially because the staff and residents have become my family.
