I love this place! I worked for Brookdale Walla Walla for just a short time ( a family emergency in Florida required me to move back to Florida from Washington State.). My previous professional experience was working with Hospice, for 11 years. My position with Hospice exposed me to MANY assisted living facilitiess during that time. I can honestly say, the dedication and compassion I observed from the management team and the staff at Brookdale Walla Walla is second to none! I would highly recommend Brookdale Walla Walla to anyone who rrequiress assistance with daily activities-medication management and is looking for a lovely, caring home where they will be well taken care of and truly cherished.

We have had a positive experience at Brookdale. And reading other reviews (and complaints) about being understaffed - I'll just say, name one assisted living facility where this isn't a problem. Actually Brookdale staff does amazingly well for the tasks they are confronted with daily and hourly. The door issue, it isn't that big of a deal. A ridiculous complaint. From the office to the work force we have found Brookdale to be helpful, patient and caring. Our loved one's are happy and much healthier there. The menu is quite good. The rooms are beautiful. For those in need of such a facility and services, my wife and I would certainly recommend Brookdale. We are all very lucky and blessed to have such wonderful facilities as Brookdale that help insure the well being and health of our elderly friends and relatives. Thank you all!

Family environment, residents are loved and welcomed, some extremely dedicated staff with longevity, open and willing to make changes to the best of their ability while constantly looking for information and opinions to help grow.

The staff at this community have been very attentive to my loved ones needs while she has been in there care at this facility. I have seen a lot of progress in her since she made the move, she has been eating much better and is now enjoying some of the activities with the other residents. So far we have no complaints and are pleased with how things have been going. I would recommend this place to anyone interested.
