I was searching for a retirement community for my aunt and uncle, and Dustin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient in answering all of my questions and responded with confidence and clarity. He followed up promptly and even created a personalized video to help my family with the decision-making process. Hi everybody, I went to this community in early January to see if I would like to move there and there was this beautiful talented female singer there and unfortunately, nobody could hear her because the volume was so low so I mentioned that maybe they should turn the volume up but it was kept very low and it was so hard to hear her. The residents seemed unhappy, pretty angry, cliquish, and kind of snobby so if that’s your vibe, then run to your tribe. Unfortunately, I don’t believe I will be moving to this facility, but I do hope to see their entertainment at another establishment in the future . She was sweet and had an amazing vibe.

Everytime I visit Vancouver Pointe I always see fun activities. The place is very warm and welcoming. I had lunch there one time with my wife, the food was delicious. I would pay $20 for the cheese burger they have. The place is also clean.

It used to be better. Sadly with new management it's not quite the same. Activities coordinators are GREAT! The people living in the community are very nice and friendly. Dining room servers and front desk ladies are also very helpful and like family. Unfortunately the esthetic changes made have taken away from the cozy feeling. Other changes made seem unnecessary and communication has been poor. Hopefully with time things will get better.

Mom felt at home from the moment we toured to now. She is thriving at 85 because of her friendships, the great food and activities. The staff are all kind, approachable and very responsive to the residents and their families. I highly recommend Vancouver Pointe for independent senior living.

This residential village has many, many qualities--from deep respect for the residents, to friendly staff, to family-oriented events. If an activity isn't available, just mention it to the Activity Director, and she and her team will more than likely make it happen quickly. There is a good mix of frolic and seriousness, from wine pouring and musical events at one end of the spectrum to a lovely memorial table for a recently departed resident at the other end. There is family warmth and goodwill at Vancouver Pointe.

I have been here only a short while and what I have experienced is top notch in every category. I have lived in a number of places and V. P. beats all. Very clean, staff professional, friendly, courteous and helpful Director accessible warm and friendly and available to help a resident where needed or just a to take time for a friendly Hello ! Spacious apartments. Beautiful courtyard. Large menu with delicious choices. The food is absolutely excellent. Plus I can even get a soft drink. You pay for what you get and that would be the best here at Vancouver Pointe I am more than delighted to be here. ‘

As far as senior facilities go, this is as good as it gets. Vancouver Pointe is a very friendly, happy place, the activity staff do an incredible job, food is good and plentiful with lots of choices, and one does not have to wait days for maintenance. Along with the lovely apartments in the main building the facility has 26 very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottages that include a garage - a rare commodity in the senior living world. There is absolutely no downside to this facility. Come take a look.

My grandma moved in last November and she has completely been in love with the place. She doesn’t regret selling her home and moving to a community she can thrive in! Between the social activities, great food and friendly staff she feels like she is HOME!!

After having my dear friend at Vancouver Pointe for over 5 years, I have grown to really respect the professionalism of the staff, their personal care of their independent residents, transportation services and activities. The management staff at Vancouver Pointe is attentive and always available to assist with all the various issues that do arise. It really is "home".

My wife and I moved into Vancouver Point in January of 2018. There are many positive things that make Vancouver Point Senior Living a five star community. The top four are the Management, Residents, Dining and the Activities. This is also a very friendly place to live.

I have visited this place a lot. My mom lives here. I think its a great place. We need more independent retired senior living places. The problem is so many of them just keep raising prices. They seem to cater to the people from other states who have more money. Its sad. By the time I'd like to be in one there will be no way I'll be able to afford it. Vancouver pointe is a special place but they raised there prices so much a lot of people had to move or move into a studio to be able to stay. A new management company is taking over 10/2019. We are very worried they will raise the rents. After 13 years here and Mom in her late 90's may have to move. We pray this doesn't happen. May be too much for her.

Food is pretty good, but not as good as I expected after my first delicious (visit). Oh well, I live here now, I will adapt. Though much better than Bonaventure or Springland, 4k+or- ain't a bad deal. Oh, just so ya know, no garbage disposal, and trash and laundry are a long walk from my unit. Most people are quite pleasant.

Excellent place! Had breakfast and was blown away at the amazing level of service . Breakfast was as good as any local joint and the wait staff knew everyone's name! The building is clean and welcoming and the facility is superb.
