I have been delivering mail to the lofts for over ten years. The staff (JODIE AND DENISE) have always been very helpful towards their residents and to myself. The residents are always happy and full of conversation. You feel at home when you walk into the lobby.It's comfortable, it's inviting. And warm. It doesn't feel like a business entry. I would highly recommend this place for yourself,Or when placing a loved one.. they will be in great hands .

There is nothing located in the lofts, you have to walk to other buildings there's no covering from the rain and it seemed very sad to myself and most importantly to my Mom!

I like living at the LOFTS. It is a pleasant place to live. My surroundings are nice and comfortable both inside and outside. It is easy to meet people here and there are lots of activities to keep me busy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff at The Loft truly cares about the residents, they go out of their way for you. Jodi visits residents on her day off, if they are in the hospital. Her husband has come several times to cook a special meal, for residents. They work on New Years Eve directing games to ensure residents are having a good time. They are my extended family.

I've been living at the lofts for about 3 years now and I love it here. I have a one bedroom apartment and it is the perfect space for me. It's a nice Carefree lifestyle. I don't have all the responsibilities I used to have owning a home I can just stow and go and enjoy my retirement. The people here are so friendly and Jodie in the office, is an angel. (I honestly don't think I would have made it to the West Coast without ber help). I need to make sure I mention how fun the activities are and the Travel Club.

I love everything about the lofts. I’ve been here for over eight years. My apartment is perfect and cozy. The staff and management are present and very caring. I’ve made so many friendships with all different types of people. I’ve learned new things and you will never be bored. There’s a full activities, transportation, and sky, Jim team that keep us busy every day. I belong to several different groups where we play different games, a cooking club is one of my favorite activities. The loft is home and I’m so happy. I sold my home and moved to the Lofts by Cogir. The loft is definitely my home now, but without all the maintenance and upkeep. I am living my best life in retirement.

Jodie Peterson went above and beyond for my mother recently. My mother was traveling and needed her passport sent to her overnight so that she was able to return home to The Lofts. Jodie spent quite a lot of time getting the passport sent and waiting at UPS to confirm it was on it’s way to my mom. Can’t thank her enough for helping us out. Her dedication is commendable.

My mother has been living her for a few years. Quite please with staff, activities, on-site physcial therapy, and her apartment. Only one complaint is with the ridiculously high microwave over the stove. Really quite unsafe for anyone, worse for seniors. So we bought a countertop microwave which takes up most of the counterspace. Still far safer.

I have been living in the Lofts for one year now. I have no regrets about moving here. The building and grounds are well maintained. Prior to the pandemic, I enjoyed the many and varied activities including the outings, games, movies, lectures, entertainment, meals, and social gatherings. The residents and staff are very friendly and everyone looks out for others. The building is safe and pet-friendly. The hallways are filled with wonderful mementos of the residents which provide connectedness. I would be amiss not to mention how well the staff has pulled together during this health crisis. They continue to find ways to help residents stay connected, have their needs met, and provide recreational activities that are "safe" from spreading the virus. They also provide information and safeguards to the people living here. Also, the location is ideal. There are numerous parks nearby, along with easy access to shopping, stores, restaurants, bars, and so much more. I even walk to my dentist's office. The Transit Center at the Vancouver Mall is close by, and a bus stop to downtown is 2 blocks away.

Newer, secure building. Building and grounds appear to be well maintained. A senior living facility with ample car parking. Close to Vancouver Mall and surrounding stores and restaurants.
