Reviews Addus HomeCare – Vancouver
January 2025
If I could give a zero I would without batting an eye. This company seems to hire anyone and everyone My parents have gone through medicine mix ups, having to go to the hospital because of it, missed showers, missed meals, you name it. When there's a crisis, they all just up and disappear. I've had it happen multiple times where there's one caregiver sick, I call, and no one answers, or I get their go to answer of "I'm sorry we are working on getting someone out to you" but no one shows up. Terrible company. We will be no longer continuing with their "services" that they fail to complete.
