My dad had been a resident at spring ridge for almost 2 years. If you are ever looking for a loving, caring, and compassionate place for your loved ones look here. My dad passed away while one hospice at their facility and they say with him until we could make it. They treated my dad like a part of the family. I will forever be grateful for everyone on staff. They are amazing. Thank you all for taking care of my dad "Hoop"

What an amazing facility filled with really helpful and caring staff. They navigated an extremely difficult family situation with calmness and respect. I would recommend this facility to anybody who has a family member that needs additional help on the Assisted Living side or the memory care facility. First rate.

100% recommend SpringRidge. The staff are some of the most caring people I have ever met. My grandmother was in memory care due to an illness. As she got better the staff thought she would do better on assisted living side. She always tells me how happy she is with her home and how she’s so lucky to be in a place where the nurses care so deeply for the residents. The nurses go above and beyond to make sure the residents are cared for and feel special. This place is smaller than the home my grandma was at previously and I love that it really feels like home here for her. She knows all of the staff and brags about them often. She says it’s five star living here they take care of you and anything you need. She enjoys how nice the cleaning staff are and how they do a great job. The kitchen staff are very friendly and the food is good! PT works with her and does a fantastic job. She enjoys the activities and her manicures! It’s the best feeling knowing that someone I love so much is being taken such good care of! (I will say the only thing that bothered me upon checking this place out was the location) I am not from this area and it made me uncomfortable seeing so many homeless and addicts in the area. After seeing how the staff are always on alert and the facility is locked after hours I feel much better. I’m very glad we didn’t let that discourage us as it’s really not a big deal now.

My Father in-law did not want to go to an assisted living place after visiting many family home. He was to independent. We took him to Spring Ridge Assisted Living and he liked it so we moved him in. He ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! The rooms are big, they have their own bathroom and small kitchen (without an oven and cooktop) He LOVES the FOOD! He just lives for his breakfast, lunch and dinner there. He feels like he still has his independence because if he wants to go sit outdoors or walk around he can. They have many functions they do. It’s like a big family there. The staff is amazing. ALL of them. That is so rare. They also have the Memory care attached so when the time comes and they need more help they can just move over to there without to much change. I had my own father at a different place when he was a live and it was nothing like this. I highly recommend Spring Ridge Assisted Living.

I moved my 94 year old dad from an assisted living facility to Spring Ridge memory care a few months ago. I couldn't be happier with the care he is getting - the staff have been friendly, supportive, and helpful. My dad's room is always clean and well-kept. He is cleaned up and dressed. He looks great and is calmer and more content. He needed a higher level of care due to his declining health and Spring Ridge has been a great fit. My life has been made easier by knowing he is getting the right care for his needs. My only regret is that I didn't understand sooner that a higher level of care would be a positive move for him.

I adore the regular staff at Spring Ridge. They are friendly, helpful, and generally well-informed. It was so hard to decide to situate my mom out of my house and into memory care but this has been the right choice. They almost always understand my mom's individual needs and they are also very careful about COVID precautions, which is a big relief.

I can’t say enough good things about Spring Ridge Assisted Living And Memory Care. They are clean, friendly and have all the proper safety protocols in place. Visiting is still limited due to the Pandemic but I definitely can understand the reasons for it and feel they only have their residents and staffs best interest and health in mind.

The Executive Director is a gem! Michelle has many years of experience and CARES about the seniors she serves and the people who work for her. She is a great asset to this building and to the Pierce County long term care community at large. I would not hesitate to put my family in her care!

I have worked with this community for years to promote senior wellness within our greater community. It was always a place that truly cared about their residents, staff, and community, and had amazing staff that always went above and beyond. Many of my current senior clients have had friends and loved ones who have stayed there and they give glowing praise. Then when their current Director, Michelle, started leading it, it became even better! This is honestly the FIRST community I recommend to my clients when they are looking for a place to care for a loved one.

U guys are def A-1. I've never seen a facility that is ran like one big family. The love the staff shows through doing the little things (crafting, cooking, and outings) is amazing. I just know the residents love being there and I'm absolutely sure those little things means the most to them. Awesome, Amazing, amd Beautiful place. It deserves 6 stars!

From the minute I walked in I was greeting and welcomed and felt the genuine care. I spoke with the executive director Michelle Wyse and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and supply me with an immense amount of knowledge. Taking this step in life and wanting only the best for your parents is a scary road to travel, but Michele made this process so much more easier and I left feeling completely at ease. Thank you for taking your time to help me and answer my questions and not make me feel like a number! Definitely recommend

She has over 20 years experience and has been so helpful for our family in answering questions and giving us valuable information about memory care/dementia. The staff is very well liked by the residents and family members. They work in harmony as a team, and are very knowledgeable and compassionate! The facility is well maintained and clean. The chef provides amazing meals, I know because I have had the pleasure of eating there several times! Spring Ridge gets an A+ from me!

Our dear Mom stayed in SR Memory Care and she passed on 7/22/2017. The Staff during her stay were so patient with her and this horrible dementia disease. They welcomed my Dad everyday as keeping Mom comfortable was his purpose. We are so very grateful to every single member of the SR Team. They have ALL become part of our family now. Kindness, Gentle Hands and Love - that's what Spring Ridge will offer your families too. We are so very grateful to them.

When I walked through the door I knew this was going to be the perfect place for my Gran. The Spring Ridge team is always helpful, friendly, and smiling. They treat their residents as if they are members of their own family and you can see they genuinely care about them. The director Tonya is extremely knowledgeable and has an excellent facility. This place feels like it could be anyone's home and the team takes pride in making sure their residents feel that way too. My Gran has been very happy here and the quality of care and compassion she has received hasn't gone unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you to all the Spring Ridge staff for taking such amazing care of my Gran.

I visit spring ridge from time to time and have always found the staff is friendly and courteous to whoever comes through the door. I can see that the staff takes a lot of pride in their facility and residents by how caring and attentive they are with the residents and family alike. As I walk through the halls, I see the residents are smiling and greeting anyone going by.

Each time I visit Spring Ridge, I am impressed with the staff, the resident care and the welcoming environment. I know that the residents are the main priority in this facility and I feel confident knowing that any of my family members would feel comfortable becoming part of the Spring Ridge family. I know that their needs would be addressed with care and diligence as well as assessed to ensure quality of life is met. The staff are very informative and make sure you understand care plans for your family member and what precautions are taking place if need be. They are very quick to inform family of any incidents that may occur and always have a plan of action ready when contacted. Everything is clean and sensory efficient for the residents, I think that all bases are covered in this facility when it comes to patient centered care and family comfortability. Way to go Spring Ridge!!!!!

: I recently had the opportunity to take my students in Wee Wisdom Preschool to visit Spring Ridge Assisted Living facility. While there, my students interacted with residents by doing art projects, playing games, singing songs, and sharing snacks. It was honestly the best field trip experience we've had in 23 years. The residents were friendly, interactive, and happy. The activities staff were very welcoming, engaging , and creative and had a wonderful relationship with the residents. I was impressed by the cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall environment of Spring Ridge. I will definitely be visiting again. On the drive back to school I heard the comment "when can we go again?"
