Great staff, Excellent Executive Director, who literally saved that place!! I have multiple RN's in consideration for the Health Services Director positions, but you can look at other facilities and see that what you're offering is a lowball offer for RNs. LPN's, absolutely, great offer with a chance to advance, but for RN's, you will not get qualified candidates. Sorry. I would let your Executive Director Saporia Williams handle it. She is hands down, one of the best that I have ever seen! I've seen her turn facilities around first hand!

The process of enrolling my 90 year old father in the Franklin Place Senior Living facility was easy and straightforward. Once my father moved in the staff cared for him in a very caring and professional manner. His stay was very brief but the care and attention provided to him was unabated. I wholeheartedly commend the staff and recommend this facility.

I placed my 95 year old mother at Franklin Place in June. I was very reluctant but could no longer safely care for her. I spoke with Diana and several staff members before placing her. After in depth conversations and research I was confident Franklin Place was the correct facility for her and her care needs. I placed her during Covid19 and the staff was incredible and allowed us to safely get her room customized and decorated with familiar items and pictures from home. The staff updated us with her care and health routinely. They always encouraged me to call at anytime for updates. The Franklin Place staff also allowed us to safely see her and visit her. They provided full PPE for safety and followed all procedures. The staff took a personal interest in my mother and “fussed” over her. My mother was able to move her precious cat companion with her and I know this was great comfort to her. I recommend Franklin Place for your loved family member. My husband even commented we should reserve a room for ourselves.

The staff expresses sincere care and concern for their residents. The facility is clean...always....and pleasant. Our mother lived there and the administration staff was able to offer some wise direction for her true needs. I recommend Franklin Place without hesitation.
