I appreciate the hard work, dedication, compassion and all around care and respect given by the staff and management at Avalon Care Center. The administrator Rita, is kind, professional, focused and very easy to work with. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and all of the employees here at Avalon. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Avalon is absolutely the best place! The Administrator Rita Newman is not only kind but compassionate in everything that she does. I have witnessed the amazing work that she displays with not only her staff but her residents. The staff are dedicated and hard working! 10/10 from me for Avalon Care Center!

I have worked in senior living communities all over the country and this community is one of the best !! The therapy team is tenured and professional and the clinicians are caring and go above and beyond to ensure that the residents here are happy and thriving! Most of the NAC's have been very nice to my dad and are mostly attentive. Anytime we called some came was there fairly quickly. They gave my dad great care. I do have to say that the people that sit at the nurses station are not very pleasant. It feels if you step out if the room no one wants to talk to you. One other problem has been laundry. We do our dad's laundry but clothes keep coming up missing. Just something to watch for. Overall we have been happy with the care.

Got a bad sheep in Spokane I see. Personally I can't say yet, but if it's comedy they're after I can see the word travel. Not sure what the hell the problem is or even if there is one. I have to say.

I really do enjoy working here. I'm agency not actually staff but all together I have been here for almost 2yrs. It's a world wind of time to get to know amazing residents and to work with staff that care about them as well. It's a very steady and can be fast pase on some days but I love this crew and the way each day is different. I definitely recommend this place to do staffing and or agency work. This would be a great place for your loved ones to do rehab or a permanent home.
