Caring
I visit Rose Pointe regularly, at different times and different days. Without exception, I have found my relative to be receiving excellent care. The staff know her and know her needs. The staff have gone out of their way to meet the changing needs of my family member, which is crucial with the elderly. Rooms are spacious, very clean, food is very good, and different activities are available. There are outside areas where residents enjoy some sunshine. When the time comes for hospice, I would like my relative to stay there.

The staff at Rose Point has been wonderful taking care of my Mother in Law. She is so happy living there and we love knowing she is safe and well taken care of. The director Jessica has been wonderful. She took time with my mother in law helping her transition into her new home. She has also been great with the whole family with answering any questions and making everything easy and stress free. It has been so nice knowing our love one is happy and safe while we are busy juggling life and not able to visit everyday.

We were very happy with our tour at Rose Pointe. They offered a lot more care for your money. The rooms were of nice size. They have a very nice dining area. The residents seemed very happy. I was very impressed with the staff; they were very friendly, and helpful. They offer more on the base rate for what you are getting. They have three meals, and they also have all sorts of activities. They have games, entertainment, and specialty activity rooms. They really have a lot to do for people at this facility. It is not a brand-new place, but it is well-maintained, and is a good value.
