I don't normally write reviews but am doing so on behalf of our mother. She lived in BC Assisted Living for about a year and a half. During that time, the staff was respectful and helpful to her and all family members that visited her. One of her children were in to see her almost every day. She did not participate in the many activities offered but it wasn't due to lack of the staff trying. Our mom needed additional help months before she was moved into Memory Care but the staff in assisted living attended to her needs without complaint. Once in Memory Care, the dedicated and caring staff did a phenomenal job in engaging her in conversation and activities. It was nice to see her participate again. My mother-in-law and father-in-law spent the last 2 and a half years of their lives at Brighton Court. The staff was always attentive, and they were very compassionate when it came to issues like Hospice and end of life. It was nice to have phone calls letting me know when one of them fell, or if they needed things. After they passed, I didn't think I would need to be in touch again, but then my mom needed assisted living. I immediately called and they were able to accommodate her. Helping my family members means a lot to me, and I appreciate the patience and tolerance they afford. It takes a special person to deal with the demands of the elderly. It is difficult for my mom to participate in the activities due to her oxygen and mobility issues, but the staff always tries to encourage her to participate, and they do come to help her get her chair to be able to participate. She is settling in, and is happy with her view from her apartment.

This place is the best assisted living that my grandma has ever been to! Staff is super friendly and would give the shirt off their back to the patients at Brighton.

I have worked at Brighton Court for approx two years now. This facility has amazing staff that work together as a unit and a team to provide the best care and experience to our wonderful residents as we can. I have always been throughly pleased with the way management here is never afraid to jump in and help wherever needed and will reward and recognize a job well done. We have a strong unit here at Brighton Court and I am proud to be a part of the team.

I have worked with the Brighton Court staff for the last nearly 7 years caring for their hospice patients. I have to say there is no finer a facility in the Spokane Valley! Brighton Court is an exceptional facility with amazing staff and residents! It was such a pleasure working at Brighton Court, Ill never forget it. I learned so much and felt so much love between the staff and residents. I highly recommend Brighton Court Assisted Living to anyone looking for a new home for their loved ones.

We came for the bike show as Kindred Spirits Against Diabetes. It was so much fun. Laura Awbery did a great job putting this together. Thank for letting us bring some bikes and thanks to the residents for bringing the smiles!

My mom lives here and I feel she gets great care here. The workers are all very nice and they try to make your stay here feel like home. They have many activities and go on outings. Each month has a different theme and they decorate and have themed activities for the month. There is always something going on or folks in the halls chatting when I visit. The food is good, yes, some of its not great, but its always nutritious and there are other options if you dont like the main meal. Glad my mom is there.
