Aside from the physical properties the staff is exemplary in their presentation of service and accommodation for residents and family alike. As the face of Clearbrook, Joey Fabrigar is our favorite go-to for all needs within the facility. This is one of the cleanest facilities. Joey is always so welcoming at the front desk, and activities does a great job keeping residents entertained. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a home for their loved one.

I visit Clear Brooke several times a week and without fail Jo, the front desk girl, (whom I lovingly refer to as JoJo) greets me with kindness and a wonderful smile every time. Always remembers everyone's name, keeps me up to date on anything going on with the lady I visit, she's amazing. I always look forward to seeing her.

I have had experiences with other assisted living facilities and can honestly say that Clearbrook Inn is truly exceptional in every way. The care my father receives and the attention to detail shown by the administration are outstanding. From the kitchen, maintenance, and nursing/caregiving staffs to Cindy and Chris who organize activities and Megan and Joey who oversee everything seamlessly as Executive Director and HR/Accounting Director, respectively -- Clearbrook Inn is filled with people who care and obviously love their jobs. The food is delicious; the activities, varied and truly interesting-- with field trips to museums, weekly movies, and daily fun exercising opportunities. But most of all, it is the welcoming and genuinely warm and loving environment that has impressed me and has allowed me to feel confident and grateful, knowing my father is receiving premier care and is living in the best home away from home possible.

My parents recently moved to Clearbrook from Country Meadows. There were many moving parts associated with the move--and every step of the way, Megan Nichols, Joey Fabrigar, and Cindy Kleinfelter worked with us to answer questions and keep us updated as each of the pieces fell into place. Megan, Joey, and Cindy have created a warm and inviting community that has welcomed my parents. Overall, the staff has been responsive to questions and concerns and as a result, my siblings and I are delighted with our parents' new home!

As a RN nursing student, I had to visit my client as the clinical practice. The receptionist, Joey, is welcoming and very helpful at each time I visit my client. She always welcomes visitors warmly with a smile. She deserves thousands of thumbs up.

This place is beautiful and friendly!! Joey, the receptionist, is super welcoming and always remembers me each time. As a volunteer, Cindy and her staff in activities are fun and never leave me questioning what I should be doing! The activities are fun and the residents always say thank you for helping us and all you do. I occasionally pop in to individual rooms to visit or draw someone out and the rooms seem like home to each person living there. The dietary staff is also friendly and helpful to me when I need it. All in all, I recommend this facility to those seniors just looking for a bit extra help and yummy food. Beth

My Mom called Clearbrook her home for over two years. It is never easy to make that move . However, from the second we walked through the door JR,, was there with tools, muscle, and suggestions. Mandy and crew were more than happy to accommodate Mom with chicken noodle soup and plenty of watermelon. Not to mention she enjoyed the dinners that often had gravy. Kenua, Darwin, Rosa, Myra were so patient and accommodating as Moms needs increased. Alisha was so good to Mom and us as Mom transitioned from this life.

Since Clearbrook was my grandma home and the workers were her second family. I would like to give a special shout out to some people who stood out in my mind. Joey always made a point to greet us with a smile and welcome. Megan seemed to be able to answer any question I might have as a family member. Kenua and Darwin seemed to really understand what my Mom needed and how to approach the more difficult tasks. I know my parents really appreciated Alisha's caring at the end. They had never been there after 10 pm . JR was a big help during the move in and Move out.

Thanks to Cindy and Brennan for their role in keeping the activities calendar fresh yet repeating those that were favorites. Josie was always friendly and helpful at the front desk. Kenue and Darwin made it a special point to pop in and visit with my grandma.Alisha was also very helpful when the hospice care kit was activated. The entire staff of Clearbrook in is amazing. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by Joey with pleasantries. From there are you are met by any number of staff personnel and greeted. But the most important thing is that my mother could not be happier where she is. She loves the staff and the care they provide. If you are considering placing a loved in in a facility I would highly recommend you look into Clearbrook Inn or any other Encore properties. I would like to spread the news of my mothers care at Clearbrook Inn. My mother was 96 when she passed at Clearbrook. Her care and personal attention was wonderful and our family was there so often that we can attest to the care and details of making our mother comfortable. I have several people who I would like to call out that contributed to her care. Caregivers- Jackie, Kinue, Myra, Thelma, Sonia, Tess, Darwin, Rosa, Trudi, Jay, Alisha and Molly. House keepers- Analyn and Minda. Dietary- Mandy, Val, Pamela, Kyli, Darren, Maureen, Alethea, Kristina, Marla, Amanda and Maci. Activities- Cindy and Brennan. Maintenance- JR. Front Office- Megan, Joey and Josie. 31 people made my mothers stay wonderful. Great Food also.

Mom has lived at Clearbrook for over a year and has been very well cared for by staff like Grace, Jacque, Trudy, Ruth, and Jason. Mom gets wonderful meals and service from staff like Manny and Valorie, and the activities planned by Cindy and Mel are engaging and varied. Mom has made friends and has enjoyed her time there.

I had great experiences with Clearbrook. I play fiddle with Washington Old Time Fiddlers, and have performed there on many occasions over the years. The residents appear to be having a good time with our performances, and Ms. Cindy Kleinfelter does a wonderful job arranging entertainment and refreshments for them. Our mother moved into Clearbrook Inn on April 2020. Everything was shut down due to COVID. Clearbrook staff was outstanding helping our mother get settled in and comfortable in her new environment. Ruth was amazing to our mom and went above and beyond to help her with any needs. During the next year, we had to depend on Clearbrook Inn to provide all care as we were not able to enter the facility. Over the past three years, mom has made Clearbrook Inn her home. She has made many friends and participates in numerous activities offered at the facility. Cindy the Life Enrichment Director has created fun and diverse activities for all residents to enjoy. Tara has been helpful to mom in many ways including knowing how to make her bed the perfect way so she is comfortable. We would like to thank Clearbrook Inn for creating a welcoming home for all residents and their families.

I play music at Clearbrook Inn in Silverdale. The residents seem to me to be pretty happy, engaged and enjoying their lives. I'm always happy to show up and sing with them.

My mom has been at Clearbrook Inn since October 2020 and she had been treated with the most amazing care and is truly loved by all the staff. It is such a relief to know that someone is watching over her 24/7 and is there for her whenever she reaches out. The staff is amazing to me too, they all know me by name and I love to visit with all of them. I am always greeted with total love when I walk in the front door. Exercise class in the morning is so good to get her up and going and then of course Bingo in the afternoons is a hoot. The bus trips are always a fun adventure and helps her to keep up with the outside world. I most definitely recommend Clearbrook Inn for others looking for a homey place to live.

My parents lived at Clearbrook for 3+ years and loved it. They enjoyed being part of an active community, the outings, activities, socials and more. Most impressive was the team of caregivers, support staff, maintenance and dietary staff that made a daily difference in quality of life. All are professional, friendly and would go above and beyond to help.
