Holiday Bridge Park in Seattle, Washington is a wonderful place! I recently moved here from St. Louis. I chose Holiday Bridge Park out of the many Seattle senior living facilities, and I am very pleased that I moved in here. The staff is very responsive and I am very pleased with all of them. Stephen, Rina, Sarah, and all the rest are all dedicated, compassionate people! I especially want to praise the food service. We are offered three tasty, filling meals each day in a well lit, congenial dining room experience. All of the food tastes great. The wait staff politely give us our chosen customized menu choices, and give us as much as we want. I sat in on the chef’s monthly meeting last week. I love that they care what the residents’ opinions are and are open to hearing them. Chef Anna took people’s questions and comments, discussed the kitchen’s policies, and talked about upcoming menus and services. Megan, who was recently made the head of the food service, is respected by all the residents and everyone is thrilled that the powers that be chose Megan to be in charge of the service. Megan supervises the young high school/college aged workers who serve the food; the servers are enthusiastic, polite, intelligent, and sensitive to we older population’s needs and whims. Holiday Bridge Park is a top-quality facility, offering very affordable apartments, clean environments, engaging community events and activities, a friendly atmosphere, and great food and service! I have been a Bridge Park resident for 11 years now. At first I chose Bridge Park for a well kept neighborhood by Seattle City. Blossoming trees and a park across our bldg. And I no longer have to COOK for me alone! I have met new close friends. Staff and employees, some worked here for many years, are great, kind and caring. Got wonderful chef with cool cooks. Not perfect, but pretty close home I love.

Holiday Bridge Park is an assisted living collection of apartments for the elderly who wish to live independently. We have many, many different activities available for us to participate in. I Think the food is fantastic with many choices at each meal. The weight staff are extremely friendly and will take the time to talk with us for a minute or two to share. What’s going on an hour and their lives. We have our own buses to take us to medical appointments, for shopping, and for planned sightseeing trips. The other residence are helpful for new people like myself and figuring out how to do everything. I haven’t met anyone who wasn’t pleasant and either to talk with me. It’s like being part of a huge family. I love it here. It has been one big pleasant adventure for me.

I really moved to Bridge Park initially to save money on monthly expenses. After moving here, I now realize how good this place is to live. The staff really take care of the residents and make it feel like home here. I also enjoy the three meals a day that I don't have to prepare for and cook. Also, there are a lot of planned activities to help socialize the residents.

Holiday BridgePark Atria is a great place to live. I really enjoy it here. There are activities, a bus that goes to several places, there's weekly housekeeping, dining room meals daily Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It's also a very diverse community with different ethnicities. It's a great location next to a nice Park and across the street from a community center. Also, the building does not look like an office building or senior complex. The Building is colorful with a pleasant personality. I also enjoy the residents. I moved from Las Vegas because my son wished to stay closer than Vegas. Let me tell you what I am experiencing in living in holiday. Actually feel like living in holiday retreat. Inside I am happy with art class, craft , exercise classes. Outside I am happy with Walgreens, bus stop in walking distance And park right across from my studio including three meals per day and snacks, sandwiches available from 7 to 7. Love about breakfast and everyday I eat green salads and even ask for more so I can eat when I am hungry after dinner. Well planned menus and the most kind staffs around me to support me. I strongly recommend this beautiful place. Just come and check!!!!

I moved to Bridge Park almost two months ago. My daughter found this place while I was in rehab. She told me that the manager Steve made it very easy to get me set up while I was still in rehab. The place has affordable rent which includes all utilities, including wireless and cable tv. Also the cost includes three meals per day plus snacks in an accessible fridge. Also they clean my apartment once a week. The food is great, the staff is friendly. I think its a great place to live and would recommend it to all.

Came to visit my grandma and it's such a cute place with a cozy vibe, really nice staff, and the food was delicious! Grandma had fun showing us around and introducing us to all of her friends. She loves it there!!

I visited my ta here recently and had such a positive experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was warm and lively, and it was clear the staff really care. The food was delicious (soo much better than I was expecting!!) and it honestly felt like a place where people are happy and well taken care of. She loves it here which is really the important part.

I recently visited my aunt and uncle who just moved in, and I was so impressed with this community! From the moment we arrived for dinner, the atmosphere was incredibly inviting. The staff deserves a special shout-out”everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. What truly surprised me was the food; it was fantastic! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our whole family had such a wonderful time. I'm already looking forward to my next visit in two weeks to see what's on the menu!

My aunt, who still lives very independently, moved into Holiday Bridge Park within the last year or so. She was looking to make day-to-day life easier and have more time to focus on hobbies, events, etc. She has loved not having to cook as three meals a day are included in her rent, all of the amenities within the complex and the weekly basic housekeeping. She has a cute one bedroom apartment with plenty of room for herself and has been loving not worrying about utilities, grocery shopping, internet, tv, whatever else because it's all included for her. I didn't speak to a ton of the staff but the two or three I encountered were very friendly and were able to direct me to my aunt's apartment location.

I have been a resident of Holiday Atria Bridge Park - Independent Living for the past 11 years. I have enjoyed living at Bridge Park. It has become over the years a very diverse community with multiple ethnicities. I enjoy the residents. Living in this community environment is a good way to keep my independence by having my own apartment. Also, the added amenities i.e. A scheduled Bus that takes you to shopping area and to other sites. They have housekeeping once a week; they also have daily activity choices. There are Daily meals available for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - ALL Included in your monthly rent. The surrounding neighborhood and area are nice with a well-kept park nearby. There are NO perfect Senior Living Communities anywhere. Holiday Atria Bridge Park is listening and working towards addressing any resident's concerns. We also have a weekly Positive Voice Resident Meeting, a time to get together and share. Also, what I like about Holiday Atria Bridge Park, is that it DOES NOT look like an office building; it is a colorful building, kind of looks like multiple duplexes to me. I Do Recommend Atria Holiday Bridge Park to anyone interested in a Senior Living environment. Come on by and check us out. : )

I moved in here in mid-June of this year(2025). For the most part it’s been a great experience so far. I’ve made a few great friends and lots of amazing acquaintances. There’s always something to do here at Bridgepark in West Seattle, and the area is absolutely beautiful! There’s an amazing park across the street as well as a Community Center, the entire area is well maintained and my two mini schnauzers absolutely LOVE it here. I’m minutes away from my son’s house and feel very comfortable walking in the neighborhood, weather permitting. All in all, it’s been a good experience, even though I still miss my house and especially my neighbors and friends in Marysville, Washington.

Although the building and neighborhood are lovely, and the residents are a friendly group, the building maintenance is non-existent and the food nearly always disappointing. Communication is poor; management wants to remain aloof and will not allow announcements or notifications. Some marketing is false, as in the listing of washer and dryer in apartments. Service problems with food orders are disregarded; food is often cold or not what was asked for or incomplete. Management nods their heads but does nothing. It is frustrating.

I moved to Bridge Park 6/2/2025 strictly for financial reasons. As a single person living in an apartment, it was getting very costly to live. I checked around and found the prices at Bridge Park to be very competitive. I'm very happy I found Bridge Park, they provide three good meals each day and provide a lot of activities for the residents. Moving to Bridge Park has been a positive in my life, the staff treats us all very well. and I can't forget the savings I see each month (mostly on food) that I have seen.

I moved into Bridge Park apartment a couple of months ago and I love it here! The staff is unfailingly and positive. I’m enjoying the many activity options and many opportunities to make and enjoy new friends. My apartment, although a studio, it is spacious and has plenty of closet space as well as a private patio that leads into a large and very secure courtyard. Today I joined a group of residents on an outing to the Seattle aquarium We were transported in the Bridge Park Bus, which transports tenants to appointments, outings away from Bridge Park. This place is clean, well maintained and your rent includes utilities, all meals, weekly housekeeping, transportation and frequent outside entertainment programs. What’s not to like?

Recently had the opportunity to tour this community. The remodel is absolutlely beautiful and the range of apt. layouts for such an affordable price point is impressive. Having on site therapy is HUGE perk to help keep their Senior population as active and independent as possible.

I'm a resident at Bridge Park for 10-years, and I really enjoy it! We're the most diverse community in the city, in my opinion, with age and ethnicity. You get meals included, housekeeping, a bus to take you on trips, and fun activities. I love living at Bridge Park

This place is not worth what they charge to live there. Their food most the time is awful. People complain but nobody listens or does anything about. Do not have 'chef' prepared food as advertised. During the renovation the people living & paying so much to live there were neglected, everything was blamed on the renovation. Always have been short staffed. Hopefully they don't raise rent to pay for renovation, owners should be discounting a few months rent for all since they didn't have any amenities, get things they pay for. Don't get me started on this lack of urgency on the last COVID cases they have going on,ugh Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My mother lives at Bridge Park. Here is her review. The Bridge Park facility is clean, safe and well maintained. The staff is friendly to the residents and the ability for residents to create relationships with other residents is a plus. However, Bridge Park is frequently understaffed and this will impact the services you receive, such as housekeeping. It has been about 8 weeks since my last housekeeping service. There are significant issues with the dining experience. They are often short staffed and meal delivery to the tables can be very slow. At times it can take 90 minutes to finish lunch or dinner. Most importantly, the quality of the food varies significantly. The food is regularly unappetizing and very often served cold or room temperature at best. This applies to the main meal, the soup and even the coffee. In addition, frequently the meal is not healthy. For example, dinner could consist of a corn dog and chips. The food can be extremely salty to the point of not being able to be eaten. At times the meals can be good, however, this cannot be counted on. Lastly, they will often run out of a particular meal option that is being advertised on the menu. If you decide to make Bridge Park your home, I would advise you to be ready to supplement the onsite dining with meals of your own and be willing to clean your own apartment.
