I have had several of my friends come to visit. They commented on how much better the front entry way looks. They feel welcomed. I knew it could be improved if someone would listen to me. We love Brookdale Meadow Springs! My dad has been there for nearly a year. Staff is very kind and compassionate. My dad loves the food 😉 There is a nice gazebo area for family to visit outside and not crowd into the resident’s room. Health and safety is taken very seriously, which we appreciate.

The staff are nice, but the place is not clean, the rug in one of the rooms was so dirty no house keeping what so ever. I'm not sure how someone who needs oxygen can have rugs so dirty I just have no words to describe it.

Brookdale is a wonderful place! Beautiful and clean. The staff are very loving to the residence. I have looked at several places and they just didnt meet the kindness of Brookdale.

All the care givers are kind and considerate of the residents. You can tell all the residents love Janna, shes the activities director. Janna has such an upbeat, positive attitude, and she brightens everyones day! She takes the time to talk to every resident she comes across. Janna truly cares about the residents comfort and wellbeing. She provides fun and creative activities for the residents.
