Once a maintenance request form is submited , our maintenance man provides us with the highest performance and is a man with a wonderfully cheerful disposition without fail. Thank you Dillon. It's amazing how well you perform each request for maintenance service and also considering your workload... well let's just say you will be in contention for the GOAT!

In my humble opinion our Manager Sandra has been the Best manager by far. I have lived here for 2 years. She(Sandra listens and gets things done .

After a long stretch of zero to poor management, we finally have a manager who cares about doing the job and cares about the residents. She has been working hard to bring things into order and repair the relationship between management and residents. There is a long way to go, but improvement is happening.

I love my new apartment. It is comfortable, pleasant and cozy. This was the best thing I could have done. My dealings with Maintance has been amazing and are very pleasant and efficient. I was so pleased attention to help I have been given from Jennifer and Arcana over the last 2 years. The people in the apartment itself are so friendly. You will love it here. I have to say that Johnathan and Jose are true wonders when it comes to maintenance in the building and as much as I miss Preston in the Management office who got so many of us through our trials and tribulations and he is truly missed. I believe Sandra is a positive asset to management as well. Welcome Sandra.

Preston Hales went above and beyond helping me get into my apartment at Vintage. He had quite a few obstacles to overcome so that I could move in. I love my apartment, it's so cozy, residents are friendly, and maintenance was quick to respond to any issues I had. I'm very happy here!!

People are lovely. Management not so much. Also elevator frequently out of service. Unacceptable for residents unable to use the stairs.
