Once a maintenance request form is submited , our maintenance man provides us with the highest performance and is a man with a since of urgency and certainly knowledge base of repairs second to none. Thank you Jose. It's amazing how well you perform each request for maintenance service especially considering your workload. The only improvement I could see possible, would be to hire a helper for you!

So glad I moved in Richland at Vintage, I have lived here for 16 months and the newest management supervisors Farnell and Karen are awesome and very helpful with all my needs. The maintenance team Jose and Victor always do an amazing work, my microwave went out and it was replaced 2 days after going out. All other work that's been done is my blinds in front room they were getting old and they were replaced within a few days always with a smile on their face, it's a wonderful place to live with lots of activities for all of us that live here. Thank you all so very much for all your hard work and for your smiles. My Dog Daniel loves all the workers here. Daniel feel like a king being love by the people here. My experience with renting here was made easy by the two women who manage the apartments. They were always kind, professional, competent, and clearly guided me through the paperwork. I loved the text option while going through the application process. Honestly, I’ve never had a better rental experience. The apartment I’m renting was perfectly clean, laid out well, and has all the amenities I wanted. The building amenities are well taken care of, clean, and easy to navigate. There are so many activities going on in, it’s easy to participate. The other residents have been friendly and kind. (example: I couldn’t find a cart on my move-in day, then residents told me where I could find one upstairs.) The process of submitting maintenance tickets is easy and the maintenance people are very professional. The location of this apartment complex is perfectly situated in the middle of Richland (parks are close, including a dog park). There’s often a shuttle bus at the apartment entrance. I would definitely move here again. It has exceeded my expectations.

I summitted a post regarding the dirty trash room, boxes, etc. and really dirty floor, spilled liquid (colored) small trash still on floor and cat fur balls in the halls. What got done: A few boxes removed, no change to the dirty floor and cat fur balls remain. Disappointed. Overall maintenance is slippy and residents need to be encouraged to be more careful and take responsibility for their messes.

Manager was very nice. The complex halls were not as clean as I would expect. The two units I looked at were clean, the two bedroom living room was so small I would never be able to fit my sofa in. The bedrooms were nice size. The one bedroom was more open, however my furniture would not fit. I liked it better.

I love my apartment it is pleasant and comfortable. The Maintenance crew are amazing. My hats off to Jose and Victor they are efficient, very professional and knowledgeable. I think the world of Karen in the management department and am getting to know the new manager Fauneil has been enjoyable. I have been here 4 years and love my neighbors.

It is clear this is one of the lowest cost senior apartment complexes in this part of the state of Washington. Maintenance and management are adequate for the most part. Amenities are minimal. The new manager (F) is fairly efficient but, I must say, a bit frosty towards me personally. Nothing I can do about that, so I avoid contacting her directly as much as possible.

Vintage of Richland " ...... is like nowhere else". NOT ! ( see pics ) I have a lease agreement with FPI Management. They run this Vintage & others on the RealPage network that includes YieldStar, the questionable price-fixing collusion club. You are basically one account of their 165,000+ unit holdings , & that sorta supprised me. This Vintage in Richland WA was not for me, even though it's about $1000. USD less per month due to its location, with same or better accommodations. Thx FPI for the opportunity & keeping most things liveable.

My mom moved into vintage at richland senior community over the summer and we love it. All of the amenities were closed down when she moved in from covid restrictions. But now they are able to go sit and visit each other in the social room down stairs and use the fun amenities they have to offer. My mom couldnt be happier! Rent prices are great and staff is friendly & helpful!!

I have an 80 yr old friend who lives here that I visit frequently. When you pull into the front I have always found parking. Walking to building the parking lot and grounds are emmaculantly kept. Tenants dogs are on leashes or are trained and well behaved. Upon entering if it is during a time the office is closed you must enter a security code in order to enter. Again I have never come when the building floors, etc were no pristine. The lobbys decor matches the season, holiday etc. There are 2 offices with 1 staff member occupying each. If they are not with someone rhey most always acknowledge me with a smile or nod. My friend loves her apartment as it is very accessible she enjoys companionship with her neighbors, activities and anemities. She also has easy acceas to dial a ride whenever she likes. She feela safe and secure living in an apartment complex that is exclusively for people her age.
