Reunion is well run, safe, and the management has policies and protocols in place to ensure a good experience for everyone: there is well thought out organization and communication. There is fairness and kindness too. With the snow storms last winter, there were news letters and updates, that kept residents up-to-date, as well as reminding us we are a community. I've been so pleased with their handling of the covid-19 pandemic. High Priority has been given to safety, as it should be. Their policies reflect the care and consideration given to ensure the qualities of life that are important to us all. Thank you to a great team of good people - professionals, and kind as well.

I've lived here almost 8 years thru two management changes and two onsite managers. The current ones are the best. Friendly, knowledgeable staff in the front office and quick competent maintenance. A variety of activities for every interest is available. Lovely landscaping, pea patches and adjacent walking trails. Ask about the ARCH program for low-income rates.

Elevator Safety Concern - 500 Building I feel compelled to bring a significant safety issue to light. For the past four days, the elevator has been out of service, and this presents a serious safety concern for residents, especially those in the 500 building for four days, and while I generally appreciate the community, I worry about all of the tenants with mobility challenges or health issues. Climbing multiple flights of stairs is not only inconvenient but also poses risks for those who struggle with such physical demands. I feel compelled to urge the management to prioritize the repairs and provide a timeline for when we can expect the elevator to be functional again. All of the residents share my concern regarding this significant safety issue. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly REVIEW UPDATE: Monday, August 26th. The elevator is now working! Thank you. Please make it a priority to get it fixed promptly in the future. When I observed someone on floor four, push their walker down a flight of stairs to floor three, so she could then slowly hold the rail to get down to floor three, that's a problem. It's fixed now. People with walkers/wheelchairs/ delivery service I'm sure will be happy.

This review is for leasing agent T'Kia Valeria. She has been the most helpful person to work with. She is always there to answer any questions and so kind to my parents that are in the process of renting with Redmond Ridge. She has given my parents tours over and over. She is so patient and just wondeful!! She is one of the reason why I chosen Reunion at Redmond Ridge for my parents to reside as I feel confident she will take good care of them 🙂

I had the pleasure of visiting the property today with my husband, and we were warmly greeted by Nina, who provided us with a personalized tour. Throughout the visit, Nina demonstrated exceptional knowledge about the property, effortlessly addressing our inquiries with detailed information. Her ability to articulate specifics regarding the property, site plans, and lease procedures was truly impressive. Our experience at Reunion Tower surpassed our expectations, and the warm welcome coupled with the clear and concise communication has set this community apart from other 55+ communities on the Eastside. Nina's professionalism and attention to detail are commendable, and it is evident that she is elevating the standards of property management. We are seriously considering making Reunion Tower our new home, and we look forward to staying in touch with Nina. I have been residing at Redmond Ridge apartments for 12 years. The management team changed many times over that time period. I am happy to say that the latest change has given the community a sense of stability, which I really appreciate. All the management team members are courteous and respectful. T'kia, our activity manager, contributes much to our community cohesiveness by making living here a more interesting and fun place to be Besides being overall personable, she has wonderful social skills! I believe she enjoys us older ladies and gentlemen, as much as we enjoy her!

Just had to share... Reunion hosted a Valentine Day dinner. T'Kia did an awesome job. The community room was decorated so nicely - even had candlelight and sparkling lights to set the mood. One of the residents cooked the dinner which was delicious. Thank you so much for a lovely evening
