The staff at Overlake Terrace are so kind, caring, and thoughtful. My mom isnt the easiest person, but the staff are so wonderful with my mom. The executive director has been there for almost a year, she keeps me updated about my mom and what is happening in the community. Covid has been terrible, but I know my mom is in the best place - no residents with Covid since March!

The staff at Overlake Terrace have been excellent and fun to work with on our senior lunch programs. The desserts that their Chef provided were delicious. My mother has been a resident at Overlake Terrace for nearly a year. She moved in just before the COVID shut down and we have not been able to visit her in person since. However, we have been able to speak to her on the phone and Overlake Terrace has arranged for distant meetings through a ground floor apartment.I have been impressed by the diligence Overlake Terrace has taken to protect its residents from the virus and there have been no outbreaks. Additionally, they have taken good care of my mother and she is always well groomed, healthy, and in good spirits when we visit. I know that it has been very hard on the staff and they are working under tremendous pressure. My family and I appreciate their efforts.

Overlake Terrace is newly remodeled, the rooms are beautiful! The staff is always smiling and greeting everyone who visits. Great community for someone who wants to age in place- they offer all levels of care so your loved one doesnt have to move again. Wonderful place!

My father came to Overlake Terrace in January of this year. He had suffered a stroke on the plane traveling back from Florida for the holidays. The friendly staff and nurses have nurtured him back to the sensitive and grateful person he has been all of his life. We are truly appreciative for his care and strongly recommend Overlake Terrace.

A warm and friendly place. It is like living on a cruise ship - private apartments with house cleaning, laundry, entertainment, activities, three meals a day plus snacks, and a fantastic staff.

This is a wonderful facility for memory challeged family members. The staff is exceptional. My father was welcomed the moment he moved in. The activities, food, and care, nursing staff are top notch. The business staff was very helpful in describing care packages and needs for my father. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained, and safe environment for your loved one, you will want to consider Overlake Terrace.

A good friend of mine has lived at Overlake Terrace for several years now. Every time I visit her for lunch, the staff is quite friendly, the food is tasty and inventive and there often are many activities and live music for the residents to enjoy. You can tell that the staff here really care about the happiness and well-being of the residents.

Overlake Terrace is a fantastic community in a great location. The property has a ton of common space and two large courtyards that are great for the summer.Theyre activities are awesome and very diverse. They have a weekly happy hour on Friday nights. Check out the Elvis impersonator from the other week.

My mother lived in Kingswood Court while on Hospice. The care givers were thoughtful, concerned, knowledgeable, caring, and very involved during her time there. They treated her with dignity and made sure she was comfortable. As her daughter, I could not have wished for a better end of life process for my mother.

I really like the homely spirit this place gives off. The staff is very caring of the residents and the atmosphere is cozy. I enjoy coming here to volunteer often and talk with the residents. From what I can see, the food is nice for the residents, healthy, and contains a variety of ingredients. Im very glad to be able to see such happy residents whenever I come.

Overlake Terrace is a main stay in Redmond. My husband works at Stellar Senior Living the management company and Ive visited the community many times. The location is right next to Microsoft and Esterra Park. Id recommend Overlake Terrace to anyone looking for a high quality retirement community.
