I am so thankful for the care My Mamma received. I was a little nervous trying to find a place for her but found this was the perfect place. Angie, Kristi, Alison, Roxy, Rebecca, Sean and all the employees I do not remember names of went above and beyond to help my "Spitfire" of a Mom whom I loved dearly. They communicated, they showed compassion, they cared, they loved and they simply just did a wonderful job. I could never have done what they did to help make Momma feel so comfortable. My mother has been a resident at Orchard Pointe for about 8 months now. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are friendly, attentive and seem to really care about the residents. They have daily activities for the residents from exercise, arts and crafts, sing alongs and more. It’s a devastating thing to put your parent in a memory facility, but knowing my mom is safe and cared for really makes a world of difference.

Very pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Most pleased with staff support, readily provides time to discuss my LO, they are friendly, courteous, respectful of visitors and of more importance, the guests. Roxy, Christy, Gabby and Allyson (just a few that I can remember) have been phenomenal in their personalized care for my Auntie. Supremely pleased with Angie, a marked improvement in facility standards, expectation and facility administration from an POA perspective), Staff Accountability is visibly evident, much appreciated Thank you for your splendid efforts. Could not have picked a better place for our dear mom who had dementia and was there for 8+ years. The staff was always caring and knowledgeable and you could tell they really enjoy what they do! Christy, Roxy, Katie, Alison ,and all the rest of the gang. I am forever grateful, and in your debt for looking after my mother. It was amazing that you all could talk to her, and she would light up with a smile and easily give you hugs and kisses when you asked her for them. And a bunch of you even showed up for her funeral service, that totally blew me away! I knew you all cared but wow .. I kid you not, if I am ever unfortunate enough to inherit dementia, or Alzheimer’s, I have already told my wife that I want to be at Orchard Pointe if possible !!!!

Have you ever visited a facility and fell in love with every detail of it? . Well, I did when I first walked into Orchard Pointe Memory Care. First of all, the facility is very clean, organized and patients are always tidy and well groomed. The entire staff is very welcoming , professional and respectful. When it comes to medical care it is very impressive how Taylor stays on top of it. She is very knowledgeable of every patient medical needs and takes appropriate action in a timely manner to keep patients medically stable. Taylor creates an atmosphere of love and kindness which is the best environment for our loved ones. It is an honor to work alongside these great team.

I will be forever grateful to Orchard Pointe and particularly to Taylor and Kristy for going above and beyond in helping me when my situation got really tough. While awaiting placement, these phenomenal women made multiple two hour drives to come to my home and provide necessary care for my husband. Taylor even drove up with her family on a weekend to save me a trip to the emergency room. They did this because they are kind, caring women and I can now sleep at night knowing that my husband is receiving that same level of care from everyone at Orchard Pointe.

My mom was at Orchard Pointe Care for 31/2 years and was well cared for from a warm, caring, professional staff. I was always able to ask questions and talk about concerns with the R.N. or staff members. I enjoyed spending time with mom out in the fenced back yard with a meandering sidewalk. I loved talking with the staff while visiting my mom. They were encouraging for me and were a source of support and friendship. Thank you Orchard Pointe for making it a home away from home for my mom.

The staff at Orchard Pointe Memory Care made the last 3 years of my mom, Joan Dolfin's, life bearable for both her and her family. I will never be able to thank them enough for the care they gave her, and I will treasure them all as extended family members. In particular, the last week of my mom's life was especially difficult, and without their involvement in helping make my last visit with her as fulfilling as possible, I would probably not have had a very good last memory of her. They truly made a positive difference in her last years and for that we, her family, will always be grateful. Thank you all so much!!!
