About Liberty Place
Liberty Place has created a caring environment that promotes senior health and independence. Conveniently located in Port Orchard, we are close to hospitals and physicians. Residents have plenty of entertainment options nearby as well. There is also something to do for our members looking for something new to do.
We help our senior residents not only with their daily routines, but to thrive physically, mentally, and socially within our community. We design care plans that meet the individual needs for each resident. We also have trained medical staffing available when needed. Our community offers a full activities and social calendar that helps seniors thrive not just in body and mind, but also socially.

We provide quality assisted living services at Liberty Place while empowering our senior residents to maintain their dignity and independence during their stay at Liberty Place.
The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Port Orchard staff members. The employees here are 100% committed to the care and well-being of our residents. Liberty Place meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

Mother in-me has been there for years. When we first placed her there, she was not happy. Now she loves it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Residents are encouraged to participate in activities offered.

My dad is doing really good in this community that has a real good structure. The staff are providing around the clock care. My dad is liking it a lot better than he thought would. There are many activities and he likes the fact that he has his own room and has independence to do what he wants during the day. The meals are good and he likes it. It has been helpful with dad here to get the care that is constant.
