Definitely a 5 point. Worked there for 5 years and miss it everyday. Staff took such strong pride in their work. Residents taken great care of. By far the number 1 assisted living in Grays Harbor.

Rebecca, Marilee, Debra, Judy and the whole entire gang are absolutely wonderful! They are patient, caring, kind, and trustworthy people. This is a wonderful place for your parents. It's quiet, the staff have been working here for years so the staff turn over rate is low which means less anxiety for your parents. They really care about the elderly. The facility is clean, they have good food and outings. Also they are right on the water with beautiful water and Mount Rainier views! I feel so incredibly blessed to have found this place for my dad. I can't praise them enough!

Caring
Brookdale Ocean Shores is a wonderful and clean place. They have very caring people and they do a great job. They call me right away if there are any kind of issues with my mom. She's very happy there. I have not seen anything wrong with them at this point. My mom said the food is OK. They do exercises twice a week in the lobby.
