My mom, Patti, has been at Riverside since Sept 2025 and she has been so happy there. They made her room an inviting, clean space for her to just "be" and that means everything to me. She enjoys the meals, the outings, and the events they put together. I love getting the newsletter and calendar of events so I can see what she is experiencing (tho she doesn't remember). And the staff - from talking to Jill about intake and the administrator (I forgot her name), all have been professional and accommodating. Thank you all!

My only complaint is the constant phone calls, even the first night my Brother-in-law moved in. After a very long day moving him from Tacoma, they want me to come sit with him because he's upset. Sorry, but thats your job now ($6,400 a month) Unfortunately, that's part of Dementia, and it should be handled better by the staff. These phone calls were frequent with his 5 month stay there. I would visit often, and be a part of the activities(5 stars!) with him. A very nice, caring place otherwise.

Mom has been at Riverside Place since early February and we are very pleased at how they are taking care of her. The staff is very understanding of her needs and they are gentle and kind to her. The building does not have a hospital look to it, the interior spaces look quite inviting and homelike, on a larger scale of course. If you have someone in need of a memory care facility, I highly recommend this Riverside Place.

I have been here almost a year, couldn't ask to work at a better place the staff makes you feel like family. If you are looking for a warm caring place that feels like home away from home this is the place for your love one amazing staff great food and excellent care. So if your looking for a place for mom or dad or want to join our staff and work for a fantastic place come on in.

I am a current employee here I have been with this company for 3 years now. This place is a second home to me. We provide the best care for your mom or dad grandparents. We have an amazing staff who are like family! We were CITATION FREE in 2018!! Wooo hoo!! Riverside Place is the place to be!!
