I am sorry that my thoughts are a long time coming, but I have to thank Nadia and Erika for their excellent potential and current resident customer service. From day 1, through the application process, getting approved for an apartment, moving in, and now as a resident these 2 managers have been very helpful, efficient, patient and truly caring throughout the entire processes. Even now after being a resident for a while Erika and Nadia continue to greet me whenever they see me with a true, caring attitude. Company headquarters are fortunate to have these "genuine" employees. They're keepers! Thank you.

Moved in, in a HURRY! 2 months ago now. 2nd move in 6mnths. I could not be more fortunate than to be able to move in here. I wish my lease could be lifetime. With any luck they will make it so, one year at a time. Kary, Karina, the unfortunate Maintenance men I bug at every chance, have to be the best group of people chosen to run a place such as this. Having to move entirely by myself, the Elevator was very welcome, made things as easy as could be. Glad I mostly had only bedroom furnituri, nothing too heavy, that Elevator saved my life. This place is so clean, well kept, you can tell the staff who run it really care. I have seen nothing left in disrepair. No neglect, which is usually found in buildings with this many units, someone, or a team of someones, is on top of things, inside and out. No problem is too small for their immediate it would seem. I better stop before folks think im getting free rent for posting this, or something else. Drive by, take a look, you will see the outside is kept as nice. Best of all is the events, meant to get to know your neighbors, are well planned and in plenty. Not much else to say. Except I did worry about noisy nights, I am awake through most of them and wondered what I was in for. Its a secure building, well secured at that, so no worry about being hassled by folks wandering around with nothing better to do. This place is so peacful, all through the night, I feel like I am completely safe, undisturbed, no problem relaxing, peaceful as you need it to be. Thanks to all responsible for maintaining, hopefully, the last place I have to move into. Jim

New management is the best. We needed new blood here. Keri Nichols is pleasant and very thorough a good change from the old staff. Vince is also very personable & although I do not like people in my apt when I'm not home however I trust our maintenance man Vince. Always does a good job

I have been here 5 months. I like the Manager and Assistant Manager Maintenance is awsome too. There are activities here too. I met a few nice ladies that I'm friends with. I'm still trying to get my apartment in order. I'm happy to be here. Besides most of my doctor's are at St. Claire's which is across the street. I'm very happy to be here.

It's quiet and peaceful and the residents are nice and polite,so I'm happy that my VA case manager Charlotte Blount thought about this place it's very quiet I haven't any complaints
