I have to say that I have lived here for a couple of years and it's gotten to be a positive change with the new management company we have .

You can see my reviews on Webster Court on Yelp and FPI management page cause they are long. Apartment 203 is nice. But the area is another story. My rent was $999 a month. I see it went up $300 -$400. If you do decide to live there get a copy of your lease. I started out with going thru Domuso they have you set up a account to pay rent. Don't do it they will ask for more money. No I didn't use my card but have it taken out of my checking only for the next day asking for another high amount of $$$. You can pay rent by check or money order. You can Google Domuso and see the complaints. Get receipts of those as well . Take videos of when you move in,out,walkthru, get copies of the things you found and the walkthru that the stuff they wrote and when you turn in your keys.

The ladies in the office were super helpful with the process of getting my mom her apartment. The complex is clean and safe everytime I come to visit.

Susan our property manager has been such a great help to our community and really goes above and beyond to take care of the tenants here. She cares so much for the community and it shows through her hard work and professionalism. Thank you for taking care of us !

My mother Judy compton 81 yrs old has lived here for 6 years and the manager Susan has been so helpful getting her a senior housing discount Otherwise she would not make enough. Webster court apartments was just remodeled with fresh paint and fencing ,updated parking. Give it 5 out of 5 stars ***** Richard Rusch

I've lived here for 2 years now and love it!From the manager to the maintainance staffand the residents everyone is so friendly. And they love my dog chip. We are very happy here. We feel safe. And they keep it well maintained . Keep up the good work.

I have lived here at Webstercourt Apts for going on 4yrs.We have gone through our ups and downs as all apartment living does. But I've feel at home here and I love the people. We have had A few good manager and A few not so good. But I really hope and pray Ronda stays on staff. She has gone above and beyond any Manager that has been here. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. Look forward to meeting any new Tenants. Will welcome you to our little family

whe i was in a time of need, all other places turned me away because i didn't make enough money. Rhonda, the manager of the complex, was the nicest i have spoken with out of all before. She worked with me to help me through the process. i got in and it's great. Thank u, Rhonda.
