Wonderful staff and a friendly atmosphere. A few chairs in the lobby make it easy to greet neighbors. Lots of events and twice-weekly bus for shopping. The missing star is because of nearby trains being noisy (which I don't really mind).

Titus Village has the BEST management team, Maintenance and Housekeepers. They all care about the residents and the way the building looks. They are active with decisions residents have and are on board with different holiday events. Thank you all for what you do for us.—

The washers and dryers are breaking down and it takes sometimes months to have them fixed so most of the residents have to take their laundry to other floors to do their laundry.

I have lived in an apartment in Titus Village for almost 4years. The area is very good for the elderly the post office is in walking distance and so is the library, police station, and Kent Sounder station. you also have Dollar Tree,Safeway and Big Lots The building is kept very clean and the staff is great , very accommdating . I agree with Michael. Apts are clean and grounds kept up. The office ladies lack custom er service are very rude. I requested they make a phone call to potential suicide apt. I requested no information since I already knew everything about her. Just a phone answered was all I wanted.. They only wanted to know her name which I wouldn't give since they weren't going to call. Ended up having to call 911 which they responded to and confirm that person was actually ok What a waste of police time when they could have handled in 2 minutes.!
