Our Mother/Grandmother has been at Hearthstone for 3 years. Starting out in independent living now assisted. The aids, nurses and staff have been wonderful to her. She has been well taken care of and they are very mindful of her daily needs. The experiences at Hearthstone are too many to mention but always something fun and interesting to participate in. The building and grounds are very well kept and make a beautiful setting for the residents .

We moved my grandmother into Hearthstone about a year ago and it has been a great fit for her. There are so many activities for her to participate in and she has made great friendships. She enjoys all of the staff members and feels at home there.

I took a tour of Hearthstone this past month, something I have been dreading for awhile. The Executive Director, Kayla, was so welcoming and informative it wasn’t long before I felt at ease asking the friendly staff questions myself. The residents were roaming around just like it was a neighborhood! I left that day of course still not wanting to let go of the chapter of life my Dad is in now, but knowing that when the time comes I had a place for him to move that we both will feel comfortable and happy with.

My mom has recently moved into Hearthstone and in the short time she has been there, we have had nothing but positive interactions. The facility itself is beautiful, Mom's room is spacious and well maintained, there are lots of activities throughout the day to choose from, but, all that said, it is the staff that has made this such a positive experience! From the beginning, Leslie, the Director of Sales, has been very responsive to every request- even before we decided to move Mom in. She is quick to respond, kind in her interactions and has a fun sense of humor! Kevin, who handles all of the maintenance needs of the facility, is amazing as well. Among his many talents is his musical gift. This past weekend, I attended the Easter brunch with Mom and we were blessed to hear Kevin singing and playing the piano. Truly top notch! In the short time Mom's been living at Hearthstone I've also met Lily, Lulu and Maddie. All very positive and very kind. We truly believe this has been a very positive step for Mom at this point in time.

The staff has been very helpful, compassionate and professional during this time in my mother's life. Making the decision to move her less stressful. We feel we've made a good decision, even though it wasn't an easy decision to make. Although she hasn't moved in yet, I believe it's been the best decision for her and her family.

Amazing staff, so friendly and caring. Such a feeling of home, as residents and staff are like family. Lots of fun outings and activities keeping everyone busy. My dad very much enjoyed living at Hearthstone in Ellensburg before his passing. And I am grateful to all.

After I finished touring this community, I was blown away. They have such a great atmosphere between both the residents and the staff. Kayla the administrator and Leslie the sales director are both there to support anyone and everyone. This is the ideal setting for a loved one who needs a little extra help.

Since my Grandmother was moved here from a different home she has made leaps and bounds of progress! She went from being bedridden on hospice and not very well cared for in her previous home, to up and walking and active again since being moved here! They have her in therapy and really care for their residents here! So glad my Grandmother got moved to this facility! They also are so well about communication and updates on our loved

Prestige @ Hearthstone has a wonderful team of caregivers, housekeepers, dietary staff, cooks, administration in the office, and activities department. I see employees routinely going above and beyond to care for the residents that reside there. They treat each resident with the utmost respect whether they are in independent living or assisted living. There are so many activities and the food is so wonderful. Jen Stucke is a wonderful executive director and treats her residents like stars. She ensures that they are all getting the best care possible! The activities department has grown and has been able to provide such wonderful things for the residents to do whether is playing cards, bingo, shopping, scenic drives, lunch out in town, happy hour, tea time, hymns, church, and various levels of exercise to meet different needs. The kitchen has had wonderful changes and is changing up their menus to include recipes given by staff and residents to try out and is so very accommodating to all the residents different needs. The servers are quick and know their residents preferences. The housekeepers are wonderful and do a fantastic job and are so personable with the residents. The maintenance department is very responsive. I can't say enough good things about this place!
