As the granddaughter of a past resident I want to say that the staff at Pacifica have been nothing but supportive of her and cared for her immensely during her 3 years of living in the community. As a granddaughter, I even chose to take up employment at this community and have now worked here for over two years. I couldnt ask for a better work environment.

My mother was a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Ellensburg September 2019 though December 2019. As an RN who had worked with the geriatric population I was very concerned on finding the correct care for my mother. I found the staff from clerical, housekeeping, kitchen, caregivers, through nursing, and administration to be optimum. While maintaining professional parameters they provided a family caring environment. They were supportive of my mother and her family during her increasing care needs through her passing. I have only the highest regard for this facility.

My sisters and I greatly appreciated the responsiveness, flexibility, and compassion of Pacifica staff in accommodating our moms long distance move into the facility and her subsequent care. Despite my mom passing shortly thereafter, I will always remember the genuine kindness shown to my mom and the family by the various care and administrative staff at Pacifica and KVH Hospice during that difficult time.

Some staff are amazing, compassionate, and helpful. Edward is fantastic, Ahna is remarkably responsive and Alex is experienced, helpful, and takes the time to listen to concerns and offer solutions. There are times with other employees where I get the feeling they do not enjoy their employment and seem to resent questions, concerns, or raised issues.While I appreciate that my mother is safe and cared for, even in this uncertain time of COVID, I also want her to be valued, and I think some staff could improve their warmth, compassion, and kindness toward both residents and their families.

This facility is amazing, staff is very friendly and cares about the residents. The residents always seem so happy and are inviting. The rooms are nice, good sized and so are the bathrooms. They have a big dining room, and restaurant themed style dining room with good food. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

I love the opportunity to serve as a volunteer here at Pacifica. Terry Wells has been awesome at facilitating space for me to meet with residents. The care staff and kitchen staff, especially, Faly, are friendly and caring people. They are happy, friendly people who greet me on a weekly basis.

I appreciate the work environment at Pacifica. Even on rough or hectic days, our ED will still find time to crack a joke or stop and ask how your day is going. She sets the tone for a hard-working yet light-hearted atmosphere. All of my co-workers have continued to help and teach me in so many ways since I've joined the team, and for that I am very thankful!
