Very frustrating. We waited 3 months to move a friend into memory care even though they said it was only going to be three weeks. The night before the move, they raised the price by $2,200 adding services such as medication monitoring even though our person wasn’t taking any medicine. When we couldn’t afford that and had to find new housing for our friend, they decided to call adult protective services even though we were checking with them every couple days during the process. Those charges were found to be “unfounded”. Why they did this, I don’t know. It was reported that they often didn’t send meals to our friend living there. I witnessed it a couple of meal times while visiting. What a disaster.
