Our six week journey that brought us to Centralia Point was a challenging one to say the least. But once connected with Pam then getting our mother settled in, everything has been amazing. The attention, compassion, and comfort we’ve experienced has been a contributing factor to our mother adjusting to her new surroundings quickly. Mom is safe, happy, and well taken care of.

I am so pleased with Centralia Pointe. Pam helped tremendously to help me arrange my father into memory care. The nursing staff worked diligently with my father's medical care team to get him stable in his new environment (he had a rough time getting acclimated due to his dementia). All the staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable. The price is fair. The staff helped me with this difficult process of entering my father from independent living to memory care. You all are the best!! 🙂

From the moment my dad arrived, every single team member has treated him with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. It’s clear that the people who work here truly care about their residents”not just meeting their needs, but really seeing them, knowing them, and making them feel safe and valued. The caregivers go above and beyond every day. They take the time to learn my dad’s routines, preferences, and quirks, and they handle even the hardest moments with kindness and professionalism. We used the two-week respite care program for a family member, and the experience was great. The facility is spotless and thoughtfully designed, with a large outdoor pavilion, walking paths, and gardens that provide a beautiful and safe way to enjoy nature. The staff were caring and attentive, and the meals were genuinely very good. It gave our family peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such a supportive and welcoming environment.

’ve been really impressed with Pam and Bryce. As the managers here they are always attentive, responsive, and caring. They create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both residents and staff. Pam moved mountains to help with my father's move in. She's always available and super easy to reach. The memory care staff has been very welcoming. Christine and her crew are caring, they take time to listen to us when we have questions. The memory care is bright, clean with beautifully renovated spaces. The food prepared and served has been a highlight for my father. The private rooms have good functioning layouts. The courtyard of the Memory Care Unit is a large and welcoming space to get out and get some vitamin D.

Centralia Point is the best assisted living in town. Every time I visit I notice how residents and staff look happy to greet my loved one by name and with a smile. Beautiful community in Centralia that has been newly remodeled and upgraded. Staff are caring and compassionate and enjoy really knowing the residents rather than "just going to work--they actually treat residents like family.

I toured Centralia Point at a marketing event and was SO impressed. Not only have they remodeled the entire building, but the outside was redone too. Everything is beautiful and the residents all seemed so happy and engaged today too. Their marketer Pam is just awesome! I’m really looking forward to partnering with this great building and team! Anyone looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care placement should definitely check them out!

Rating: …………… I recently visited Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care and was impressed with the tour. Pam, the Community Relations Director was very accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions .The entire facility was spotless, with clean, well-maintained common areas and private rooms. I did not detect any foul odors. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority, which is so important in a care environment. The staff was genuinely caring. They took the time to engage with residents individually, demonstrating patience and understanding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home rather than just a care unit. Overall, You should definitely consider Centralia Point for anyone seeking quality memory care for their loved ones. The combination of cleanliness, friendly professionalism, and compassionate care.

We toured Centralia Point with Pam. The building was beautiful and clean and Pam took time to listen and answer our questions. It’s a hard time for the family so someone who can listen and care is important. We’re not ready to place mom just yet but this will be our first choice.

So far so goodeveryone very very nice. I do have an issue with the back door open all night for the smokers. This should be locked when all doors are locked. To many unknowns coming and going in the area. Also, fence should be around entire facility to keep staff and residents safe. Garbage holders should also have a fence so no one can see the mess. Just a few of my observations thus far

Community Relations Director Pam Devekos was very welcoming and provided answers to my various questions. The Memory Care unit has been recently renovated and everything looked very nice. For those with parents/relatives with on-going healthcare issues, it’s next door to a hospital and various medical practices are within a block or two.

My family chose this facility for our parents for a number of reasons and though there are a couple of situations that still need to be resolved, we’re all quite pleased. Most notable are the staff. From the director to the caregivers, we love them all! It’s also clean, quiet and well maintained. I highly recommend it to anyone trying to find a place for their beloved family members.

I worked with Scott (Marketing) and Tammy (Exec. Director) to have my grandmother who is low income placed In her first assisted living facility. They both listened to my grandmothers concerns and perceptions about assisted living and they made her feel at ease. She has now moved in and was shocked at the quality of food. She is making friends and is constantly praising the staff for helping her. I feel so much better knowing her meds won't be messed up and someone will be there 24/7 if she needs help. I am excited about the activities available and know that the former social butterfly will come out of her shell once again. Thank you!
