I’ve been in A LOT of assisted living facilities over the years, visiting various relatives and Sunrise is on a different scale! From the moment you enter, the atmosphere is warm and homey much like the lobby of a nice hotel. There is often a fire going and residents are engaged in a puzzle or playing a game. There are many daily activities and the staff is warm and friendly. There is a genuine effort to include new residents in events. If you are looking for superlative care in a home-like environment, you can’t beat Sunrise at Crossroads!

Sunrise has been home to both my mom and sister in the past. Mom lived in the reminiscence floor where she had excellent care, even when she was not the easiest person. More recently my sister has lived at Sunrise due to MS. Jean loved the activities and the care she received. I would strongly recommend Sunrise for people looking for an assisted living situation. I have appreciated the help and advice from Holly, and BK have given through the many years. such good people.

Great nursing team. Place is beautiful and clean, nice walking area, close to the mall/shopping or eating out. Has an outdoor patio and staff are friendly and caring. Has a Therapy Clinic on the first floor. Activities are plenty. It's an all in one place for your loved ones.

I have been the in-house PT of Sunrise Senior Living, Bellevue, and my overall experience is amazing. The facility gives you the “feel at home” vibes, where staff and caregivers attend to your needs like your very own family. The admin and nursing departments, caregivers and staff are very good in advocating for the residents, who would benefit in receiving PT and OT therapy services, in order to improve safety and optimize quality of life in this beautiful home. The available activities that Sunrise offer, which vary from music, arts and craft, gardening, board games, and group leisure walking activities, are good inspirations and extensions to the care that the therapy department provides, allowing more opportunities for residents to work on their functional goals, establishing a great community and relationship with fellow residents, making their life in their Sunrise home more meaningful. Great experience indeed!

Sunrise of Bellevue is a welcoming, warm and wonderful assisted living home. My mother lived here for several years and when I walk into Sunrise of Bellevue it feels like home to me. There are many activities, live music, social hours most days, cook to order menus and the people working there are so very caring, well trained and dedicated to their clients. They also have a wonderful memory care unit, where clients are encouraged to live their best life. Sunrise of Bellevue is located immediately adjacent to a mall and a beautiful park. The property is always impeccably clean inside and out. I would recommend Sunrise of Bellevue to anyone that needs assisted living. You may find me there someday!

My 90 year old mother loves her life here. Caring staff, morning to night activities and a beautiful setting. The rooms are great too. Like apartment living except when you open your door there is a fully staffed facility with nurses, therapists and a dining room with three meals a day waiting for you.

All staff members from the Executive Director on down are attentive to listening to my concerns, questions and comments. They are very responsive as well as pro-active with communication. Theyve been exemplary during COVID-19.

Working for Sunrise has shown me the importance behind meaningful work. It has shown me the difference between working for a paycheck, and actually working and being valued for what I contribute to an establishment. Im grateful for the opportunity to work alongside so many brilliant team members . This job allows all staff to strive towards becoming the very best of versions of themselves . It also provides a wonderful initiative for career growth. Within a year I have seen so many team members elevate to higher ranks . Thats been amazing to witness in such a short period of time. Working alongside these amazing staff members makes me now want to obtain a higher position myself . Sunrise has a wonderful way of seeing potential in workers whom sometimes didnt even see it in themselves. Our residents here at Sunrise are the stars of the show, they are so resilient and strong even during this rough period of time. My only hope is to be half as tough as my beloved residents one day. Honestly proud of how we have all collectively given our everything to our seniors on a daily basis. Covid has been rough but weve managed to weather this storm.

Working at Sunrise of Bellevue has been an amazing experience so far. The entire team are all genuine and supportive towards one another, and deeply care about the residents and their wellbeing. One of the things I love most about working here is our strong sense of team culture and team spirit, where everyone helps wherever help is needed - no matter what their job title is. Moreover, Sunrise offers a great mentorship program which allows team members to grow and take on bigger roles within the company. In addition to that, the management team is extremely supportive and encouraging which is why I have been able to learn so much from my time here. With all that said, I am immensely grateful to be a part of this organization and community that is truly built on compassion and collaboration.

My uncle loves this place! He feels like hes in his own home with wonderful people taking care of him. He refused to go to a nursing home and cant walk on his own anymore. Our family is so grateful

My sister is very happy here. Many nurses check in on her and take time to chat when they are helping her. She could not remember to take her pills and was getting sick all the time at home. Everybody is friendly and she loves eating in the dining room. They set up tables for safe distancing during covid. She is not afraid at night anymore because staff regularly check in.

Great experience here with my grandfather! The entire staff really shows day-in and day-out how much they care about each resident and their wellbeing. I had been looking for months for an assisted living community (with memory care option, just in-case) and Sunrise of Bellevue was the perfect fit for us. If you are looking for an amazing, caring staff with robust activities and delicious food--I would highly recommend. Wish I could give higher than 5 stars! Feels like home.
