Really prompt response to my repair and very good customer service. Kathy is an excellent manager, can't say enough good things about her!
September 2024
This is my fourth year living in Vintage. These last 3 months have been a travesty. Due to a leak in my bathroom, two large dehumidifiers were placed in my bathroom. The temp at one time was 105. This went on for over a week. To use the toilet, I had to climb over the counter to unplug the machines. Since the dehumidifier didn't work, we are waiting for a new cabinet. Other needed repairs are on hold so the maintenance man will just have to come back to my apt just once. The thermostat does not work. It is basically an on/off switch. Already I am manually switching the heat on these cool mornings and off when it gets too warm. When I open the dishwasher, it falls forward from under the cabinet. Several times I have missed catching the free flying racks. One door of my closet is completely detached. The other door must be woman-handled to open and close. The management is unresponsive to my pleas for repairs. The 2 stars are for these maintenance issues.
July 2024
Over priced, no community garden, no dog park and no place for smokers. Not enough parking places for the number of units. That is the big things.
June 2024
Great and friendly people, I would love to live there again but the rent went up and I can't afford it.

I will be moving in to my new apartment soon and am so excited! It looks clean and beautiful. Kathy Rhodes, the Community Director, is doing a great job at orchestrating things so everything will go smoothly.

It has changed drastically for the better since the hiring of our new and hopefully permanent manager, Kathy. I believe she is a necessary asset for this property. Also, I need to commend our new maintenance supervisor Kyler. He is swift to respond to our needs graciously. In a nutshell, awesome, kind and considerate teamwork.

I have had many bad experiences with this apartment complex. But only due to the managers, But the last and now the current people have changed the bad too better. I have seen much more attention to paying attention to the people hear and trying to accommodate their needs. Needs, Cameras in the parking area, brighter or more lights and please clean the metal doors/replace. Thank You both, Kathy and Anthony.

The amount of rent that they charge does not reflect the amenities of other apartment buildings

After more than 6 years, I still ‚ove it here. We finally have great office mgmnt and hat makes a huge difference. Most everyone is friendly here and gives a nice greeting hello. My dogs and I plan on living by here a great long time.

Our latest manager is really working hard to get some long neglected issues fixed, like cleaning the hall carpets, bad water pipes fixed, etc.! She is a huge supporter of our "special" events like Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. and has gone out of her way to get to know each resident and to keep things harmonious between us old coots! I have enjoyed every conversation we have had and just the other day she asked me how my Physical Therapy for my back was doing. It was very nice to know she remembered that! She really gets things accomplished around her and when you have a manager that you feel will champion your cause makes me a lot more forgiving when something does go wrong!!!

Special shout out to the on-site Administrator, Cindy and the maintenance guy. They appear to make a great team. Always professional and always positive. My grandma has lived here for over twenty years and I love visiting her here. She has an apartment with a pond view so Im always greeted by a large group of ducks, and its fun to watch all the other critters that inhabit the area. Its also only five minutes from downtown Arlington and I LOVE the small town vibe there. Its in a very good neighborhood.
