The caregivers exemplify what you want to see for your loved one, they are true inspirations. Jennifer Dybdahl the memory care director is an Angel and the best in the business at caring for the residents, Heidi Hutton the Executive Director comes with over a decade of experience, knowledge and leads by example everyday you will find her caring for residents and assisting the care team .

She has always been very helpful and explains everything about the visits and what to expect when I come to visit her. Molly Clark at Cascade has been a godsend for my stepmom in memory care. During the COVID shutdown, she would send us pictures every few days to help us with get through not being able to see her. In addition, Molly is so wonderful and caring! Cascade is lucky to have such an excellent employee!

Molly Clark is great with my mom! She she has always been very helpful when we wanted to come see my mom during quarantine! Out of all of the employees Ive dealt with there, she is the best one by far! She is very patient and caring with my mom and I appreciate it very much!

I worked for cvsl for a year and ended up leaving do to the old management. I came back a year later once I found found out the old management had left. Everything has became so much better the new management is so much better they listen to there caregivers and the residents. During covid they handled everything the way they were supposed to too keep everyone safe and out of arms way. I couldnt be happier to be back at a place where they Really care for everyone and put safety first

I worked at Cascade Valley Senior Living for about 2 years and left almost 2 years ago because of poor management I have been back for a year now and I love it. Although it has been hard on the residents due to Covid However management and all the other staff have been great working hard to keep our residents safe, healthy and happy.

CVSL has the most fabulous, caring, dedicated, and loving people. . . During Stay home orders, residents and staff had to be a little creative to live in JOY. As difficult as it was being away from family and friends, we found HOPE in each other to inspire and motivate to find Happiness. Thru this challenging time, Ive seen the Best come out of everyone. . My Husband and I came in awhile back to tour this facility. It was nice and the staff were friendly. We looked at a couple of places while when we were searching and this one was towards the top. Fortunately, mom got well enough that we have been able to hold off on Assisted Living for awhile.

I love this place. It's beautiful, the staff are wonderful, and my mom said the food was amazing! She loved Cascade Valley Senior Living. I liked the fact that when my mom first moved in, she lived on the assisted living side of the building. The staff loved her and treated her with the dignity and respect she deserved. Then as her dementia progressed, they kept a close eye on her. The staff and I had lots of hard discussions about moving her over to the memory care side, they were so helpful to me. They loved my mama too. Although it was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do, it was an easy transition moving her to the memory care side of the building with the help and support of the staff. It was easier for her as well, she already knew everyone. I would recommend Cascade Valley Senior Living to anyone who has that difficult task of finding a safe and loving place for their parent to live out the rest of their life. They do fun things, outings, have great food and a very LOVING STAFF, with lots patience. They are exceptional.

I observed the staff at the Christmas parade taking excellent care of their residents in extreme weather conditions. When waiting for the parade to begin, I chatted with both staff and residents who eagerly shared their enthusiasm for the facility. I heard the director instruct care givers to assist the participants to shower and get warm upon their return to the facility. This place is unique and the people caring for our elderly are exceptional. My Mother was previously in another facility and it was a blessing when we got the chance to get her moved to Cascade Valley Senior Living. We are grateful for the genuine CARING she recieves.

My mother has lived at CVSL for about four and one half years. She is 95 and tells me each time I visit how much she likes being there. The staff is very helpful, friendly and available to assist in any way necessary. It is a well managed home for the residents. Knowing my mother is so well cared for is comforting. Thank you, CVSL.
